This 3BR townhouse was amazing. Plenty of room for our family and friends. The beds were really comfortable too. The location was perfect. We had no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, walkable to almost everything but far enough from all the foot traffic and noise. We loved reading on the screened in porch and our daughter loved staying in the loft bedroom.

This place was great. Very close to Great Smoky Mountain National Park and downtown Gatlinburg. Plenty of room for us and our three boys to feel comfortable and home when we were there. Highly recommend.

Very nice accommodations and owner was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of linens and kitchen items provided. You could leave your car at the condo and just hop onto one of the many trolleys that were within about 2 blocks of your unit.

Sandy was awesome to work with! VRBO support responded immediately when I first arrived, listened, contacted Sandy - who responded immediately also - and my confusion was quickly resolved. When I first walked inside, I could feel the warmth and love Sandy and Ron have for their 'home'. It was nice to be able to 'walk to Gatlinburg" and not have to worry about parking. When my sister arrived the next day - her first word was "WOW!" Sandy and Ron are "Premier Hosts" for a reason!

The townhouse was in the perfect location. We were able to walk for dining and eating. Property was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the owners were very good at communicating.

This was the perfect place for our family. The townhome was super cute, clean and in an amazing location to downtown. The area was quiet, the beds were comfy and the screened in porch was relaxing. We will definitely be back, thank you to our welcoming hosts!
