The house was very clean and well appointed. The location was great! We were close to the park and walked to downtown Gatlinburg every night.

Bear pass did not disappoint! Very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and close to downtown. Will stay there again if we are in the area with family. Easily accommodated our family of 6.

Host was responsive and very helpful with good communication. Entry instructions were easy and clear. Home was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Back porch was very nice and relaxing. Well stocked kitchen with every gadget we needed. Great location: just kept our car parked and walked to the strip. Everyone in our group loved the bedrooms and bathrooms. Would absolutely reserve again!

Great place to stay in Gatlinburg. Place was very clean, well organized, and extremely convenient for waling to dinner, etc. We were using it as a home base for various day excursions, and it was just about perfect for that. Bonus was the family of bears living just up the hill. Saw them nearly every day.

Perfect Downtown Gatlinburg home

We loved our stay in this home. It’s a perfect spot close to downtown Gatlinburg, yet a short drive to all the hiking trails and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be staying there again!

Great property would rent again.

Location was great with in walking distance to attractions & restaurants. Property was very clean, easy check in & out. Plenty of room for 6 people, kitchen had everything we needed.

Great Family Cabin

Great location and size. Walking distance be to the strip so save that parking fee money! Clean and comfortable amenities!

Great location - comfortable beds!

Beds were super comfy, lots of space, and the convenience to downtown was great. Super close walking distance to so much so you don’t have to worry about downtown parking. Would definitely stay again!
