House could have been cleaner. Mold in bathrooms where tub meets floor. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. AC worked well, all fans worked properly. Overall experience was good.

Very clean house. Kitchen stocked well. But mainly the view!!! Fantastic. You get sunrise and sunset! Beach access right there.

Perfect Cottage at the beach!

We love Holden Beach and come twice a year. This was a perfect cottage for our family and we have an amazing week!

Great Vacation House

Four adults really enjoyed having King size beds in the four bedrooms. The sunroom was great for relaxing. The beach was easy access. Clean and well furnished.
