Beautiful decor, flat screen TVs, games, internet, and necessities purposefully selected to accommodate your family vacation. It is a very short stroll, bike ride, or tram to the beach or enjoy our on-site pool oasis with gas grills. Amazing!

The condo was beautiful. The host is an excellent communicator. She checked in on us and made sure we had what we needed. She is very quick to communicate. I honestly have never seen a host communicate so well! We loved it and would absolutely stay again!

Amazing Family Getaway

First, thank you Janet for the great communication and sharing your amazing property with us. It was nice that the condo had anything and everything we needed, ie. beach chairs, umbrella, spices, beach towels, etc... We had a nice stay with plenty of space and ammenities galore! This is our fifth time in this area, but first in Rosemary Beach and we really enjoyed the location and all the shops and restaurants so close. A great family time of fun, laughter, and sharing life together with our adult kids! For those viewing, visit the restaurants LaCrema, Old Florida Fish House, The Pearl Rooftop Bar, and Crabby Steves for casual beach bar/food! Fonnville Press for brunch and coffee! My whole crew said Dad, get on the schedule with Janet and book this again for next year! Thanks again and take care!

Spring Break

This property is awesome! Easy access to pool, beach, restaurants and shopping. We loved that we were able to walk everywhere. The condo was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. We will definitely look to stay there again.

Perfection

We had the absolute best time the last weekend in March. The location is beyond perfect; you are steps away from the pool and a short walk over to the beach. You are within walking distance to shops/restaurants at both Allys beach and Rosemary. And around the corner is the bike shops if you want to explore out to Seaside. The condo is beyond perfect and exactly as described. Already looking to go back again and stay at the same place

Top notch!

Amazing property for a family. We came with our 3 younger kids. Super accommodating house and amenities. Awesome location with access to a huge pool or private beach across the street. We didn’t use our car the entire week - walked everywhere. Lots of beach and pool supplies. Plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking at home. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed!

Wonderful!

We always do a summer beach vacation with our family and grandchildren. This condo was amazing! It was stocked w condiments, towels, beach chairs, umbrella and lots of extras. The beach tram was so easy and convenient but also not a far walk at all. We had ages 2,4,5 and the huge pool was right out the door, which everyone loved. The owners were great! Anything we needed they responded right away. Such a spacious condo, very clean, we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Perfect Stay

This is an amazing property. Everything you need is available and organized. The beach is a much shorter walk than I expected and the pool is right outside the unit. The area is cute with shops and restaurants within walking distance and Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants are also easily walkable - again, much closer than it looked on the map. Everything about our stay was wonderful and I highly recommend!

Family vacation

We loved the spacious condo! Beautifully decorated. Comfortable furniture and beds. Elevator down to the pool was so convenient. The large pool was so much fun! The access to the beach through the gated entrance felt secure. We would come back again!

Such a great vacation!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this condo. It was the perfect location for us, right around the corner from the pool (we could see the pool directly below our balcony) and just a short walk to the beach. The condo was the perfect size for us and we all had plenty of room. We had 3 couples and 2 children (8 & 6 y.o.). The kids loved having their own room. Everything was fully stocked for our use which was nice. They had a lot of pool/beach toys and items to use already there which was great. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and they even checked on us when they heard that storms would be in the area, which I thought was so caring of them. Our kids didn't want to leave and are already planning their next trip back to this condo. We all are ready to come back we had such a great time!

Great location.

The location was great, very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, Rosemary and Alys beach. The owner was great at communicating. My only complaint is that it didn’t feel super clean. The couches were very worn and dirty, and the place wasn’t as up to date as other properties we have stayed in! Our friend also said that she kept getting small whiffs of cat urine. The fridge and pantry was also full of stuff, which made it difficult to tell by the end of the trip what we had brought of our own stuff.

Loved this Condo!

More than enough room for our family of five. Excellent location close to the pool. Well-stocked with everything we needed for our one-week stay, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, to beach chairs and towels. Would definitely book this property again!

Good times at the beach

The property was great! I loved how stocked the kitchen was! This was the first place we stayed with a well stocked kitchen! It was a great setup for our family and loved overlooking the pool.

Beach

This place was awesome. The pool was huge and no matter how many people were there, the kids were able to swim with no issues. The only down fall to this place is the beach. It’s super crowded, gate access only and the gate is locked each night at 10. We didn’t know that and had to climb the fence to get off the beach. Other than that, it was amazing. The owner Janet was super!!

Amazing Spot!!

If you are looking for EASY! This is your place! Location was amazing! No stairs, great condo floor plan, superb view to the pool and close walk to the beach! The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week in Seacrest! This was our second time in Seacrest and definitely not our last

Great Condo!

We had a great time. Condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only problem we had was parking. People kept parking in our 2 parking spaces and it was a big inconvenience.

Great place for a family reunion!

Our extended family broke into 3 groups (for rentals), and all of us found great locations in Seacrest! There were 3 couples and 1 seven-month-old for our stay at this property. Very clean and well-stocked, and the owner, Janet, helped us when we needed it. Great location overlooking the pool, and being part of Seacrest, we had the "taxi" service over to the private beach across 30A. Easy access to Rosemary Beach amenities: shopping and dining. And for a few trips, it was easy to get into Panama City Beach (and the local airport, since some of our family flew), because we were so near the east end of 30A. It was a vacation to remember, with no worries about supplies and stock in the condo. It was a big plus that the owner provided so many items for the kitchen, bathroom and beach! (When she says she has stuff for you to use, believe her!) Whether we ate in or went out, nothing was complicated. And there were games to play, too. And that's definitely the way you want to have your special vacation at 30A! Thanks, Janet!

Beautiful Place, great host

We have stayed in several homes in Seacrest in the least and this is one of the best. Positives. Beautiful, well appointed home, nice to have elevators for us old folks. Nice, short walk to pool (overlooking) and in the front of the neighborhood so nice stroll each day to the beach. (They have shuttles too) The kitchen was furnished with spices and plenty of dishes and cookware so we didn’t have to go buy cilantro or cumin for a dish we made and didn’t have to run the dishwasher every time we ate. The linens were clean and fresh, nice to have extra beach towels provided ( real beach towels!). Laundry detergent and dryer sheets (although we used our own) a wagon, a bike, many games and puzzles, plenty of tv apps and channels. And the list could go on. Janet was a joy to work with and responded very quickly to correspondence. She recommended the best beach chair company (Longvue) and did not feel cramped in like Dolce vita. The condo was quiet and we didn’t hear any out side noise either from the pool or neighbors. Negative. The only negative comment is that we had a minor plumbing issue when we arrived ( which was quickly resolved) and the tile floors were very dirty. We all had black feet all week. This needs to be addressed with the cleaning company but was only a minor inconvenience of wiping the bottoms of your feet before getting in the white sheets at night. Overall a 9 out of 10 and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

They Thought of Everything!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was so well stocked. The owners thought of everything…from having a fully stocked pantry to beach toys for our daughter, the condo had everything we needed to have a great stay. They even sent us a list in advance to let us know what they had in the condo. In addition, the location is perfect. You are just a short walk from the best pool in town, the beach, Alys Beach and and Rosemary Beach. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great place

We loved this property. The owner and VRBO were very easy to work with and representations were accurate. We even had a cancelled flight, and the owner of the property worked the whole process with us allowing us some major flexibility we did not expect - 100% gracious by them and appreciated by us. (We have not received our security deposit back, but I am sure that will be forthcoming.)

Great Spring Break week/great location

Property location was ideal. We have stayed at the same property in a house and really prefer the condo. We could see our tweens at the the pool from our balcony and the beach was much closer. The accommodations were clean and as described. We had a party of 7 and had plenty of room. We would definitely stay again.

Christmas getaway

Wonderful getaway during the slower season for the beach. Great experience with a beautiful and updated condo. Homeowner was a joy to deal with and very flexible.

Wally & I fell in love with this condo as soon as we saw the pool from the balcony. We knew this was for us. We enjoy spending time here with family and friends as much as possible. After all these years of owning our condo, it doesn't get old. We still bring our family and friends often. We now have 2 grandchildren, who love it here as well.

The unit overlooks the beautiful pool and the HOA has a shuttle to take guests back and forth to the beach if they wish. It's located in the middle of all the great restaurants and shops that 30A has to offer. Also, no need to rent chairs or an umbrella. We have 6 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and 1 bike available for your use. Our condo is stocked with anything that you may need for your stay. Just pack your clothes and food. We have all the necessities.
