It was a lovely home that accommodated our group really well. The furniture in the living room could be updated, but mainly due to just stains. But overall, the place was great!

My sisters, best friends, and I had a wonderful time celebrating my 40th birthday. What a great way to kick off my 4th decade. Thank you for the quick communication, clean house, comfy beds, and well stocked house. We loved every minute.

Plenty of room, great outdoor spaces, good location in master planned community. Great pool in community. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, etc. Would surely stay again.

Family Time

Hosts were very responsive and helpful with questions. Loved the location. We loved having a tram stop close by, bikes to use, and a pool in walking distance. Loved how family friendly the area is.

Great family trip

We enjoyed our stay at MicaSEAta. The pre arrival (and post arrival!) communication was great and the house was exactly as described. The house was well stocked and comfortable.

Just be aware this unit is next to pickleball courts and looks at the water tower. The good news is that it was on a dead end street, so it was relatively quiet. The location is great if you are looking to have walking access to Rosemary Beach and Alys beach. We had teenage grandkids from CA and they liked it!

Family Fall Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay so much! This place is perfect for a group or families. Lots of space to enjoy. The patios at this home are amazing too! We enjoyed morning coffee & evening cocktails on the top patio enjoying the views. The space was very clean, offering all the amenities needed to enjoy a trip to the beach. Great location, we enjoyed being in walking distance of Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach.

April 2024 Seacrest Trip

The home was everything shown and listed. It was very clean, well decorated, had kitchen supplies, and etc. All of the balconies were so nice to sit on and enjoy time with family. It had lots of great space. It was so convenient to the beach and all of the tram drivers would arrive quickly and were so friendly. The pool area was very beautiful, clean and relaxing. I will definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay!

We all loved this home. Plenty of space for each of us to have our privacy and a great cozy living room to watch tv and chat in the evenings. Bathrooms were spotless, beds were super comfortable. Kitchen is spacious and had everything we needed. Host was incredible. Communication was clear and easy. They thought of everything. We loved every minute here! ❤️

Great house and amenities.

We loved this house. Probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. You won’t be disappointed with the house. Tram service was not quite as reliable as we hoped, but that’s definitely nothing on the owners. We had a minor issue with the a/c, they were very quick to respond and send someone.

10/10 house in seacrest

We have stayed in a good bit of houses around 30a and this is one of the top houses I’ve rented. There was plenty of room in the living and bedroom areas. The pics are very accurate too. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked including pods for the coffee machines. Yes, multiple coffee machines. I contacted the host with a few questions and they were very quick in their responses. I can’t find a negative thing to say about our experience. I’d def stay here again and recommend this house to everyone.

Property was wonderful for our needs. Check in was a little awkward because where to check in was not really explained and there wasn’t an actual building for that. Otherwise the home was clean and lovely, amenities were great and we truly enjoyed our stay.
