Charming one bedroom hotel-apartment with views of the harbor, deck off the bedroom. Walk to Old Town, train station less than 5,000 ft. Great location steps to Old Town, 3.6 miles to downtown San Diego and convention center. It is a lovely artist's flat with lots of light and air
Some Views of San Diego skyline and bay. Very comfortable for short trip around San Diego area.

The location was convenient to walk to Old Town, there was a small coffee trailer about 500ft away from the apart-hotel. The place was very clean with all the necessities for sleeping and taking showers. There was an issue with the parking that we paid for in reserved spot #1 but we were fortunate to have a handicap card and we were able to use that spot the time we were there. We did not need to cook but we were a bit hesitant about the warning regarding the fire alarm. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay near Old Town.

School move-in trip

Great location near USD and a wonderful coffee trailer 85 feet from the door. Great communication with Mark made the stay seamless.

Some suggestions: mirror over dresser; or full length mirror in bedroom, pole lamp next to sofa, toilet seat with lid. Ie drop wash cloth in toilet.

This place is perfectly near Old Town, the airport, and downtown. There is a small convenient store a block away and restaurants within a few blocks. The place is well kept and very well lit at night. I would definitely stay here again.

great little spot close by oldtown walking distance

easy spot to get into and out of close to the freeway. walking distance to the cute oldtown area. can see fireworks from front area. great stay for the long weekend trip i was out there for.

Just right for our needs.

Worked well for our needs for Marine Bootcamp Graduation Very close to MCRD and Old Town. Property manager was very communicative. There is street parking but spend a little extra on your own parking spot.

My daughter and I had a beautiful weekend in San Diego, we visited Balboa Park, the zoo, and Sea World! This was the perfect spot to stay. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had, it was clean, and close to lots of fun places to visit. The restaurants and sights in Old Towne are within walking distance so that was a plus! Definitely recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

4 day stay

Very reasonably priced albeit basic. Do note there are 2 sets of stairs to get to the unit. I reserved a parking spot since I was getting back there late each night and that probably wasn't necessary as it looked like there was sufficient nearby parking. Mark was very responsive to all my questions or any issues.

Parkers beware.

Parking is limited on site and although there is plenty of on street parking there is a craft brewery nearby and space is hard to find. On the other hand, Good thing is there is a craft brewery nearby🙂. Also a small coffee vendor California Bean, excellent 👌. Didn't have a car this trip but would like clearer info on getting one of the 4 parking spots. Great room, great view, great stay.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location near lots of Old Town activity and many great restaurants. Only negative would be the 37 steps up to the 3rd floor. The bed was comfortable and furnishings were sufficient. Condo was clean.

Close to it all

If you’re looking for a location close to everywhere you want to be, then this is it. The host was swift with communication. The apartment was clean. Will definitely be returning.
