Welcome to our newly remodeled SEAGRAPE OCEAN FRONT estate which offers 2 separate dwellings for larger family gatherings-- 19808 and 19806 Gulf Blvd. This historic estate is located in the quaint and quiet town of Indian Shores and was featured in a film, "In the Line of Duty". It has such a peaceful atmosphere once you set foot on the property. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
This estate has almost 70 feet of direct beach front which is a RARE find in this area. The direct views of the Beach and Gulf of Mexico are amazing while you enjoy it from your covered deck, gazebo, heated pool or wall to wall windows in the living room and reading area!!
Both of the private beach homes are an open ranch design floor plan with only 1 step to get into each property.
Seagrape 19808 gulf blvd..... is a direct oceanfront beach home offering 3 bedrooms plus queen size sleeper sofa, 2 1/2 baths, living room/reading area, kitchen, laundry area and a heated pool (winter months only).
Sleeping accommodations: a Master king size bed, another king size guest bedroom bed and 2 full beds. The Master bedroom enjoys a panaramic view of the ocean.
Bathrooms - The master bath offers a spacious walk-in shower/bench, large vanity and walk in closest. The guest bathroom offers a standing shower. There is a private half bath within the guest bedroom.
Seagrape 19806 Gulf blvd ....is a beachfront home offering 3 bedrooms plus queen size sleeper sofa, 2 baths, living room/reading area, kitchen, and a laundry area. It is directly behind 19808 gulf blvd so guests can easily walk between both properties.
Sleeping accommodations: a Master king size bed, queen size bed and twin bunk beds (ideal for younger children under 10 years old --kids under 5 ft for top bunk).
There are 2 fully remodeled bathrooms - the master and guest bathroom. The master bath offers a spacious walk-in shower and large vanity. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower.
We offer linens, hair dryer, beach towels and travel size soaps/shampoo for our guests to enjoy!
Both homes have newly remodeled spacious kitchen offering all the modern amenities. This estate provides ample private parking for 4 cars/SUVs MAXIMUM, 8 beach chairs and 2 BBQ outdoor grills with utensils. You can easily walk to walk to 5 or 6 fantastic restaurants such as Dog and Parrot, Caddy's, Aqua Prime, Villa Gallace just to name a few. Perfect for larger families!
The pool is heated from December 1 through March 1 at 85 degrees.
The Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens/Adventure Island are a short drive away. You can fly into the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport as well, it often offers discounted flights from smaller airlines. The Orlando International Airport, Disney area parks, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios and Discovery Cove are all a 90 minute drive. Winter, the dolphin from the movie "A Dolphin Tale" is at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium which is a 20 minute drive from the house. There is a guest binder with lots of activities for all members of the family to enjoy. We look forward to you being our first guest!
This property can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 4 cars. The base occupancy is 12 guests -- up to 10 adults and 2 kids. At time of booking, you will need to provide names and ages of all guests. We do not allow for exceptions to our maximum guest count. We only allow registered guests on the property. No day guests!

We purchased Seagrape in 2020 because we wanted a PRIVATE get away for our family and friends. There are 2 private single family beach homes on this property:
19808 is a 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath with heated pool.

We do rent both properties together for large family gatherings up to 12/14 guests including adults and kids of all ages.

We love the privacy of this location. No high rises on either side of our property-- only private residents. The heated pool and gazebo are added amenities for enjoying time with family and friends.
