Taurins Carriage House is the perfect beach retreat for a couple or small family of 4, who want to enjoy the best of what Rosemary has to offer.

Situated on the corner of Rosemary Avenue and Boardwalk B, you will be just steps away from the beach, Coquina Pool, a children's park and green spaces; and merely a 5 minute walk down Rosemary Avenue to Barrett Square, where you can enjoy boutique shopping, fine dining and of course, the Sugar Shack, a local favorite for kids of all ages.

With its combination of white shiplap walls, high ceiling, warn wooden floors and eclectic mix of midcentury modern and rustic furniture, this boho-chic space provides a very cool and beachy vibe. It offers a spacious open concept kitchen, dining and living room area, as well as a bunk nook and bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs, you will find a queen sized loft with privacy and lots of natural light.

The Carriage House is accessed through the main house courtyard and up the stairs. Carriage house guests will have sole access to a washer/dryer located in the garage. They will further have access to 2 adult bicycles during their stay.

Carriage house guests DO NOT have access to the private swimming pool and seating area in the courtyard on the property, as exclusive access is reserved for renters of Taurins Cottage, the primary home on the property. Carriage house guests DO have access to Rosemary Beach communal pools.

The Perfect Location

The property couldn't be located in a better spot. Steps from the beach, close to fabulous restaurants and the perfect size we needed. It was a simple check in and easy to access. The property comes with access to several private community pools which are all stunning. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Andy for letting us stay in your dreamy carriage house!

Rosemary long weekend

Perfect location especially for young kids. Very close to park and the beach. Short walking distance to the Main Street. Host was easy to contact. The main house on the property is beautiful as well

Great Location!

The carriage house was a great landing spot for our week at the beach. My (tall) kids loved the cozy bunks, and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a couple simple dinners. The proximity to the beach and pools was awesome, and we were able to coordinate sharing bikes with the lovely guests staying in the main house. The unit itself was very clean, but could use a little TLC at the end of the season. Clearly had a flood at the kitchen sink and bathroom at some point, judging by the buckled floors. Check in was a little stressful as we had to ask for the entry code (after check-in time) and waited on the porch for 10 minutes until a reply came through. All in all though, would definitely recommend for a small family beach week!

Perfect Location in Rosemary

This has been our 8th visit to Rosemary and this location was by far our favorite spot. Close to all of the fun spots in town, yet tucked away in a quieter part of Rosemary-we couldn’t ask for anything better. Everything was wonderful and just what we needed. Thanks so much!

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I loved staying here for an anniversary getaway! We loved the space and thought it was perfect for two! Everything in Rosemary is so close and the beach is steps away. Andy is a great host and was very helpful! We got lucky and snagged a parking spot right in front of the house. We didn't move our car until it was time to leave. The only thing we would change is giving the carriage house a parking spot of its own.

Best Mini-Moon Spot!

My husband and I stayed here after our wedding for a little getaway and we loved it so much! The place is adorable and right off the beach. The owner, Andy, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We will be back!

Mom son trip

This was perfect for our stay in rosemary with my son and I. We were right by the beach with easy access to pools, bikes, shops and a beautiful little place. Carriage house was clean and laid out efficiently. We were able to cook & eat breakfast in the kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Thank you!

Good location

Location was good, property was clean and as described in the listing if a bit rough around the edges. The drain didn’t work in the sink. Toiletries were kind of provided (two big bottles of shampoo and conditioner, one of which didn’t have a top,) the pool area which provided access to the unit was really dirty, etc. The check in code wasn’t provided till I asked for it. After check in time and it didn’t work for half an hour, so we just stood there on the porch despite the unit having been already cleaned and empty and ready for check in much earlier. The internet password wasn’t provided, had to ask for that too. Overall we had a fine time but the prop managers could be a bit more on top of things.

Amazing property and stay

It was just my husband and I for a little getaway. This property was clean and quiet. The owner of the house was there in the main house during our stay, nicest guy with the cutest dog. We couldn’t ask for better location close to the beach, nice walk to dinner. Will stay here again!

Wonderful stay with great location!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at this carriage house located on the quiet side of Rosemary! It was clean and nicely updated with a prime location on boardwalk B just 3 homes off the beach. Communication with Sarah prior to our arrival was excellent and she graciously was able to accommodate an early check in. The owners provided some nice touches, including plenty of supplies (TP, paper towels, beach towels, Keurig coffee cups, DW detergent, bath/hand towels), excellent wifi, and streaming TV. Street parking was easy to find close to the unit. It's a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the town square area. Had a nice conversation with the owner (Andy) who was staying in the cottage house while we were there. We've been vacationing at Rosemary for 15 years and this is one of the best carriage homes we've stayed in and would highly recommend it, especially for 2 adults! The owners take great care of it and want to make sure you have a wonderful stay.

Exactly as advertised

We spent a week at this property with our kids, ages 4 and 7. The proximity of this property to beach, playground and pool is perfect. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there were adequate towels and other necessities. They also provide guardrails for the bunks beds, which was necessary for us. You also have a nice set up for evening TV watching with Disney+ and Netflix. Overall, this place is awesome!
