Comfortable and perfect for us

2022 getaway

Had a great week here, pictures are accurate. Have stayed at this complex 6 times now, first time in this unit, would rent here again!

Met more than my expectations

One of the best vacations I have had!!!!!! Everything was clean, stocked and comfortable. Probably the most comfortable pull out couch that I have ever slept on!!! (Mom enjoyed her bed in the bedroom as well!!!!

Good location

This is a great location. The condo was clean but could use some esthetic upgrades. It smelled a little moldy so we turned the heat on to dry it out.

Perfect location

The property is perfectly located, with a nice view of harbor and beach. We Enjoyed walking on the beach to the harbor for breakfast. Unit was clean and very well equipped, ants did appear on the stove top after a few days even though we kept all food in the fridge. Our only complaint is the noise from the construction and the wood saw that started around 7am every morning, so no sleeping in for us, (they were working on the building across from us, but the saw was set up directly under our balcony). Note: construction noise is only allowed from 8am to 6pm. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Good and Bad

Pros: basically clean, mattress was absolutely wonderful, view great Cons: Ants, ants, ants everywhere. The silverware tray was filled with ants every day and had to wash each piece before using it. The clean stove was always covered in ants even though we sprayed ant spray between the stove and the cabinets every day. The sinks in the bathroom were always covered in ants and I had to put our toothpaste/toothbrushes in a plastic bag. I had ants crawl on me while reading on the couch. Very disturbing. There were 3 remote controls on the coffee table with no instructions. I would recommend a cheat-sheet for some of us that don't have these systems. Not much in the way of pots/pans so we used the microwave all the time plus the ants all over the stove grossed us out. We didn't starve. The first week of October is fall break for Arizona kids so there were kids running the halls at all hours. The hot tub was filled with kids till past 8 PM and we never got to enjoy it.
