Very nice spacious unit in good location. Enjoyed the fireplace and the elevator was a necessity. Would stay again.

Beautiful, new clean property with many amenities. We usually stay beachfront but booked this place last minute and LOVED it! Honestly we loved it so much, we are booking again for next year. Just a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere. Our dogs were very happy here also.

The condo is beautiful. The stay was nice with a couple issues. When we arrived I saw window A/C units in the windows. Turns out the central unit was out. We arrived on a Saturday and when I called I discovered the unit was going to be looked at on Tuesday. The window units were undersized and ran continuously. Four window units running continuously for 3 1/2 days was not very relaxing. Once the A/C was repaired things improved. That is until Thursday when we lost power for 4 hours. They are building additional units in the area and I guess it was necessary to shut the power off as part of the construction. A couple other things of note is there are venomous snakes in the pond area behind the units. Signs in place indicating such. We saw a snake in the water every day. The last issue was a steep drop off at the waters edge around the pond. They need fencing.

The power outage was due to nearby construction activity, which was outside of our control, and we regret any disruption this caused. We also appreciate you noting the signage around the pond area—those are posted as a safety precaution due to the natural wildlife in the region. Your comments regarding the pond’s edge and fencing have been shared with the appropriate team for review. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a smoother and more enjoyable stay in the future.

The place was exactly as described. It was spotless and very well maintained, with all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay there again.
