This was our second time staying here mainly due to location. Restaurants within walking distance and a few minutes drive to University of Tampa. Clean 2 bedroom apartment which is all we ask for.

Dedicated parking spot was very nice. Great location in regards to surrounding restaurants and Tampa General Hospital. Rental apartment was very cute. The full kitchen was very useful. We did have a washer/dryer issue. Management was very communicative and did their best to solve it. The machine was not able to be fixed before we left, nevertheless I do recommend this property.

Property was extremely clean and comfortable. There were lots of shops and restaurants near by so we didn’t use the kitchen for cooking but no complaints there!Area was very cute and safe, lots of families. Location was prefect for getting around Tampa and area. The beds could use an upgrade or maybe just box springs and the pillows could be updated. The shower head could also use an upgrade. None of those things would stop me from staying there again though. Excellent value for the place and the owner was so friendly.

Perfect location

Perfect location in a very walkable area. Bike riding would be easy here. Restaurants to walk to—enjoyed our stay!!

We had a really great stay here overall. The location is truly the highlight—walkable, convenient, and in such a charming area. It made everything easy, and having a dedicated parking spot was a huge plus.The host was also wonderful—very responsive and quick to help whenever needed, which always makes a difference.A few small things we found ourselves wishing for, mostly just to help future guests plan: it would have been helpful to have a dryer to go along with the washer, and a few more kitchen basics on hand—dishwasher pods, a starter set of coffee, and simple seasonings like salt and pepper. An ice maker in the fridge would have been nice as well. The sofa could also use a refresh, both in terms of comfort and cleanliness.None of these were dealbreakers, and the unit worked well for what we needed. I share them more so others can come prepared and enjoy the stay as much as we did!

Great area!

Davis Island has such a laid back vibe. Great local restaurants. Stacy was so responsive and the apartment was exceptionally clean. I will definitely stay again!

Very close to the water taxi and eateries. Stairs are a little short and steep but just be careful.

Great spot!

We loved it here! Great, clean space! We loved Davis and all the amenities close by. Restaurants within walking distance, private beach, and close to downtown Tampa and Hyde Park. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfort on Davis Island

This is a repeat stay at the urban oasis. This wonderful rental is comfortable, quiet and close to my family so I always enjoy my stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and it’s a great area to go for a run or a swim at the local pool. I am looking forward to my next stay here.

Nice value

Fine. This is not a luxurious space, but was clean and comfortable at a reasonable rate. We especially liked having the restaurants so close (a 1-minute walk). No noise issues, either. Our reserved parking spaces were always open, another nice feature.

Very nice

The property is well appointed and a short trip to downtown. Biking or rideshre can have you there in moments. The peoperty manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Great location near downtown Tampa

We enjoyed our weekend stay. This was our first visit to Tampa and the location was great. We walked from downtown Tampa to the apartment at night and it was an easy and safe walk ( about a 35 min walk). We really just slept and showered so did not spend much time in the apartment, but it was enough space for 2 adults. Davis Islands also had restaurants and shops literally down the stairs and across the alley to the main street ( 3 min walk). We would definitely try to stay again if we come back to the area.
