Luxury, charm, and coastal vibes all packaged together in this stunning two bedroom two full bathroom home right in the middle of everything Wilmington has to offer! Just ten minutes from the beach and ten minutes from downtown's historic riverfront!

The spacious living room offers seating for six, 50” Smart TV for all your favorite streaming apps, and queen size pullout sofa with memory foam mattress. The living room opens to the dream kitchen with island, pantry, gas stove and reverse osmosis alkaline filtered drinking water. Off the kitchen is the dining, which leads to the back deck with cozy seating and an outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach!

Anniversary getaway

This was a nice little place for my wife and I to get away for our anniversary. It was a very nice quiet place that had everything that we wanted. The location was also perfect, about 15 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from downtown.

Pleasant Stay

Property is as-advertised. Clean and 1 minute to campus which was perfect for our short stay. The neighborhood is somewhat run-down only minor complaint.

Clean and Comfortable

Exactly what we were looking for: Super clean, character and near the campus of UNCW. Additionally, centrally located between Riverwalk and beach. If available on a return visit, would most definitely try to book again.

Adorable house close to everything

This refurbished house is so well appointed and comfortable. Super close to UNCW and all Wilmington has to offer. We would definitely consider staying here again. Johnny, the property owner, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Great trip, even in the tropical cyclone :)

Private Small House With a Great Location

This was a nicely renovated house sitting back from the street surrounded by trees and bushes. There was a nice deck on the back. We will return!

Family fun weekend!

Centrally located to UNCW and the beach, house was very clean with ample space to hang out with our son who lives locally. Kitchen was well-stocked and open, easy for meal prep. Nice to have filtered drinking water and a really nice back deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. Great value!

Great place, private yet easy access to Wilmington

This property is exactly as represented in the photos. It was clean, modernized and very comfortable. The property was surrounded by well groomed high hedges that was like being sequestered but yet right in the middle of Wilminton's businesses and university. This was a rare find, affordable and all the comforts of home.

Cute place

Enjoyed staying at the house. Quiet. Met our needs. Convenient to everything. Neighborhood not the greatest but we’d stay here again cause it was convenient to everything and we liked the house.

Just what we needed

Used this property on a recent, quick trip to Wilmington. It was perfect for our short stay: close to everything, clean, with enough space for everyone. Larger than pictured. If we were to have needed a longer stay, could have used a bedroom TV and perhaps some condiments or extra supplies. I would definitely look for this house again.

There wasn't enough towels and washcloths for 4 adults staying 3 nights. The beds were advertised as queen and they are not

Hi Teresa! Sorry that your stay didn't meet your expectations! We usually provide one towel and washcloth per guest. If for some reason this wasn't the case and the cleaners messed up I apologize! As for the mattresses, I can assure you they are queen. All the best!

Perfect for Anniversary Getaway!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy both the beach and downtown. This house was very clean and the owner was very responsive if needed. If you’re going to bake a cake, bring your own electric mixer, rubber spatula, and cake pan as this house does not have baking items. We would absolutely recommend this house to a friend. Eat lunch at A Taste of Italy in walking distance!

This home was perfectly located to everything we needed ...restaurants, grocery, the beach...and for the funeral events we attended, which is why we were there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some pizza and drink some wine. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are luxury. Extra pillows and blankets and sheets for the foldout were greatly appreciated. Love, love, love the reverse osmosis water at the kitchen sink. Enjoyed having a tea kettle as well! Those copper floor lamps are beautiful! Where can I get one? Cute neighborhood. It was too cold to enjoy any of the outdoor amenities, maybe next time.

Great Place Centrally Located

My family decided to take a weekend trip in Wilmington and wanted a place that was centrally located in between the beach and downtown. This place was perfect for the four of us. Two rooms, two bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen, dining area, living room, and a nice outdoor patio. It was private, quiet, and well decorated and felt nice and homey. The only think we would have liked was more towels - there was only one per person. Other than that, 10/10 stay and we'll definitely be back!
