Across the street from Capt Curt's, Daiquiri Deck diagonal from unit and other Restaurants, karaoke, tiki bar, shops, grocery, boat rental, parasailing, bike rental, ice cream, and donuts all within one block.

Owner resides in Cincinnati Ohio and loves coming to Siesta Key for past 30 years!

Beautiful condo and great location

The condo is beautiful and the location is great. Easy walking distance to beach restaurants and nightlife. Would stay again. Beds could be a little more comfortable.

So Relaxing

Property was close to everything we needed: food, fun and beach time. Staff was friendly and very informative. Condo was clean and accommodated to my family's needs. This property made our vacation easy for all of us to relax and enjoy our time together.

Beachfront Blessing

Condo was as listed. Very clean and spacious. Perfect for multiple families. We were there to spread ashes of a loved one. Wonderful place to stay.

Nice vacation

Friendly staff, easy check in.to Condo overall nice wish it was a room oceanfront could only see a small part of ocean from side balcony. Great beach access and close to few restaurants and shops. Trolley location difficult to find since sign had fallen down on ground and went to The siesta village which was alright not much as far as shops and several restaurants options. Very busy area with traffic. We used Uber to and from airport and fast reliable service. Overall, great relaxing vacation. Also found everything is expensive local grocery store to restaurants and even ice cream.

Relaxing family time

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Shell 309. The condo is conveniently located on the white sands of Crescent Beach. We were very pleased with the amount of room in the condo and the nice supply of beach supplies. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our return to our favorite beach!

Great condo

Great location. Steps from the beach and many restaurants, bars, shops, and hop on the trolly for a ride to the village. Beautiful condo. Would stay again.

Siesta Key

The condo was wonderful and the location was great. It was located on the south end of Siesta key, across from Capt Curt's Village. The condo was on the gulf side with plenty of amenities. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. It was nice to be steps from the beach and have your own section of paradise ! The condo was clean and well furnished and provided everything a person may want. I look forward to visiting again !

Everything was perfect! Condo was in great shape and had everything we needed to be very comfortable. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, etc. We had a great vacation here; we will be back!!

Great stay in an awesome location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sea Shell #309. Cheryl the owner is super responsive and gave lots of info to make our trip great. She even provided an ice cream treat for the family, so don't miss out on Orange Octopus Ice Cream...delicious! Condo was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Check in was a breeze and appreciated the covered parking too! Very short walk through the security gate at the back to the beautiful sandy beach, and short walk across the street to various restaurants and shops. Captain Curt's and Daquiri deck were both excellent. Don't forget Walt's Fish Market about 10 mins away for fresh seafood. I'd highly recommend this condo and the Sea Shell location. 20-30 min drive from Sarasota airport.

Great beach access

The condo is well decorated and has everything you can imagine available for use. We felt very accommodated during our stay. The parking and elevator is very convenient. The check in process would have been seamless if I could have access to the office. I was on crutches during our stay, and I could not get up the steps. Thankfully, my family was able to sign in for me. The pool is unimpressive, but clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The views from the condo are limited, but the access to the beach and proximity of everything is fantastic! Wow, everything is very tastefully decorated, you will not want to spend your time inside. This is a beautiful area with a beautiful beach to enjoy.

Fantastic location great vacation spot

Absolutely loved our stay at the Sea Shell. Great location for restaurants and shops. Definitely one of our favorite spots. Great family beach location. Owner was very helpful with local information for places to visit.

Best Location

It’s always an awesome vacation at seashell condos. This condo was great. Clean! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, bars, pool. We had 4 adults and a toddler. Highly recommend. We had a great vacation.

Family Trip to Siesta

This was our second stay at Sea Shells Condominiums. The location is perfect. You are on the less busier end of the island. The trolly stops right at the condo. Captain Curt's tiki bar and restaurant are right across the street. We were happy to see that the crescent market was opened back up to! The beach access is a short walking distance compared to condos on the north end of the island. The unit was exactly as described. Fully stocked kitchen, very comfy beds, everything you need! The unit had beach coolers, floats, and even an umbrella! I would advise you to pack extra beach towels if staying longer than two nights. The unit comes with one towel per person. Unless you want to do laundry and wash it, that one towel doesn't last for an extended stay.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo, location right on the beach. Property managers were very friendly and helpful. Wi-if is very slow, and we had to reset often; even opening emails was difficult. Other than that, enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Beach Property

We had a wonderful vacation at this beachfront property. The condo had everything we needed, was right on the beach and close to everything that we could possibly want. It is close to restaurants, tourist attractions, the best ice cream establishments, many, many beaches and even a drug store, if needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Reside in Cincinnati, Ohio. Husband, Ed, and I enjoy escaping to Siesta Key whenever we have an opportunity. Have been coming to Siesta Key for past 27 years and always had been looking to purchase condo here.

We fell in love with our location directly on the beautiful white, powdery sands of Crescent Beach and yet, just across the street from Capt. Curt's Seafood Restaurant, Daiquiri Deck, shops, grocery, marina, drug store, post office and delightful outdoor Sniki Tiki Bar. Just 300 yds from our beach is a great area for exploring at Point of Rocks, tidal pools, exotic birds, exception shelling and snorkeling. No other complex on Siesta Key can beat our fun location.
