Enjoy morning beach walks along white, powdered sugar sands and blue waters, shelling, or observe playful dolphins along the horizon nightly just as evening brings on its array of fascinating sunsets. Free trolley to Siesta Village, runs every 20 minutes, with pick up and drop off right in front of condo complex!

Across the street from Capt Curt's, Daiquiri Deck diagonal from unit and other Restaurants, karaoke, tiki bar, shops, grocery, boat rental, parasailing, bike rental, ice cream, and donuts all within one block.

Owner resides in Cincinnati Ohio and loves coming to Siesta Key for past 30 years!

Beautiful condo and great location

The condo is beautiful and the location is great. Easy walking distance to beach restaurants and nightlife. Would stay again. Beds could be a little more comfortable.

So Relaxing

Property was close to everything we needed: food, fun and beach time. Staff was friendly and very informative. Condo was clean and accommodated to my family's needs. This property made our vacation easy for all of us to relax and enjoy our time together.

Great condo

Great location. Steps from the beach and many restaurants, bars, shops, and hop on the trolly for a ride to the village. Beautiful condo. Would stay again.

Relaxing family time

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Shell 309. The condo is conveniently located on the white sands of Crescent Beach. We were very pleased with the amount of room in the condo and the nice supply of beach supplies. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our return to our favorite beach!

Fantastic location great vacation spot

Absolutely loved our stay at the Sea Shell. Great location for restaurants and shops. Definitely one of our favorite spots. Great family beach location. Owner was very helpful with local information for places to visit.

Siesta Key

The condo was wonderful and the location was great. It was located on the south end of Siesta key, across from Capt Curt's Village. The condo was on the gulf side with plenty of amenities. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. It was nice to be steps from the beach and have your own section of paradise ! The condo was clean and well furnished and provided everything a person may want. I look forward to visiting again !

Wonderful Beach Property

We had a wonderful vacation at this beachfront property. The condo had everything we needed, was right on the beach and close to everything that we could possibly want. It is close to restaurants, tourist attractions, the best ice cream establishments, many, many beaches and even a drug store, if needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Perfect Vacation

We had an amazing time on our girls trip! Condo is clean, well-decorated, and was exactly as described. Location was perfect...restaurants, bars, shops, and trolley pick-up right across the street. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. The beach is definitely the best part with quartz sand and gorgeous water. Thanks for sharing this fantastic spot with us!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo, location right on the beach. Property managers were very friendly and helpful. Wi-if is very slow, and we had to reset often; even opening emails was difficult. Other than that, enjoyed our stay.

Was a great place

We had a very good time in siesta keys, The condo was very clean and up-to-date. The front office was very helpful as well as the owner. She Was very flexible for us due to unforseen circumstances. I would definitely recommend dealing with this owner as well as I hope to continue to rent from her in the future. This was just a very nice vacation.

Amazing!

The location CANNOT be beat! Right on the beach, and right across the street from live music, daiquiris, restaurants, karaoke, ice cream, and a grocery store! Oh, and the trolley stop is right outside to the village for free. We didn’t rent a car and never regretted it once! Our family (three kids 9, 7, 6) had the best family vacation here!

Great location! Cute decor!

We loved it. Location was great. Free shuttles right across the street. Walked on the beach every morning. Kitchen was awesome, had almost every gadget you could think if, except crab crackers. Lol knives need sharpened bad!

Outstanding Value and Perfect Location

The property we stayed at was as good as advertised and only got better with the stay. The location is ideal and just steps away from a perfect beach and beautify Gulf waters. The sunsets are breathtaking. The unit itself was immaculate and well appointed. The kitchen offered anything a cook needs but if you don't want to cook, there are restaurants and other venues a very short walk away, along with other stores. We will be going back to this property at our next opportunity.

Wonderful week!!

Just getting home from a great week. My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo was just as described,maybe a little nicer. Just a few steps off the elevator to crystal clear water. Step across the street to wonderful food and ice cream. The little shopping mall is all your family needs. Our first trip here and we will be back. Host always responded quick and very informative.

Everything you need at your doorstep!

What a great property! Not only was the condo clean and well appointed, but it is in a fantastic location! There's a great little market right across the street and we walked to breakfast a couple of mornings, dinner a couple of nights and took the free trolly down to the village a couple of times. We never had to drive once we parked the car upon arrival. My kind of vacation! Everything we needed either in the condo or steps from the door. We had a wonderful time will stay again.

Awesome condo!

Loved this condo, location and the host! Hurricane was supposed to come through and she was in constant contact with us. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need and then some! Condo smelled of cigarette smoke upon arrival, not the hosts fault, she gave us a gift card for ice cream and extremely apologetic. Location is awesome, beach and pool are great! Recommend Captain Curts across the street!

We fell in love with our location directly on the beautiful white, powdery sands of Crescent Beach and yet, just across the street from Capt. Curt's Seafood Restaurant, Daiquiri Deck, shops, grocery, marina, drug store, post office and delightful outdoor Sniki Tiki Bar. Just 300 yds from our beach is a great area for exploring at Point of Rocks, tidal pools, exotic birds, exception shelling and snorkeling. No other complex on Siesta Key can beat our fun location.
