Enjoy morning beach walks along white, powdered sugar sands and blue waters, shelling, or observe playful dolphins along the horizon nightly just as evening brings on its array of fascinating sunsets. Free trolley to Siesta Village, runs every 20 minutes, with pick up and drop off right in front of condo complex!

Across the street from Capt Curt's, Daiquiri Deck diagonal from unit and other Restaurants, karaoke, tiki bar, shops, grocery, boat rental, parasailing, bike rental, ice cream, and donuts all within one block.

Owner resides in Cincinnati Ohio and loves coming to Siesta Key for past 30 years!

Great communication and easy check in. I made an error and the host contacted me immediately and helped out. Very clean, great location. My family of 5 had the best trip. Our first time to Siesta Key and it was amazing. We all want to come back!

Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect! Will definitely stay here again!

Condo was perfect. Everything we needed for a getaway at the beach. The condo is in excellent condition and a perfect location. Lots of restaurants and shops a very easy walk away. Loved that the unit included a beach umbrella for times at the beach. Owner was super to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

The condo was great. Perfect location across from the market, restaurants, and a trolley stop. Would have liked to be closer to the beach but we could see a small view of the ocean from the balcony.

Beautiful condo!

This was a very nice condo and the pictures did not do it justice. The living room/dining area is huge. The bathrooms are beautifully remodeled. We loved the balcony and being able to see the water from there. There was one tiny issue with getting through the gate when we got there, but the owner took care of it within minutes. I highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful beach, nice private facilities, condo short on cleaning supplies

The property and the condo were fine. The owner was extremely abrupt and was nasty in her communication with us after we left.

Great location and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was so centrally located we never had to drive anywhere. The condo itself was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and quiet. Beautiful and easy beach access. We’ll be back!

Perfect Spring Break Condo

The condo is just as described! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and then some. We were right on the beach and directly across from restaurants and bars. You could not ask for a better location! We had a blast!

Beautiful condo and great location

The condo is beautiful and the location is great. Easy walking distance to beach restaurants and nightlife. Would stay again. Beds could be a little more comfortable.

So Relaxing

Property was close to everything we needed: food, fun and beach time. Staff was friendly and very informative. Condo was clean and accommodated to my family's needs. This property made our vacation easy for all of us to relax and enjoy our time together.

Beachfront Blessing

Condo was as listed. Very clean and spacious. Perfect for multiple families. We were there to spread ashes of a loved one. Wonderful place to stay.

Nice vacation

Friendly staff, easy check in.to Condo overall nice wish it was a room oceanfront could only see a small part of ocean from side balcony. Great beach access and close to few restaurants and shops. Trolley location difficult to find since sign had fallen down on ground and went to The siesta village which was alright not much as far as shops and several restaurants options. Very busy area with traffic. We used Uber to and from airport and fast reliable service. Overall, great relaxing vacation. Also found everything is expensive local grocery store to restaurants and even ice cream.

Relaxing family time

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Shell 309. The condo is conveniently located on the white sands of Crescent Beach. We were very pleased with the amount of room in the condo and the nice supply of beach supplies. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our return to our favorite beach!

Great condo

Great location. Steps from the beach and many restaurants, bars, shops, and hop on the trolly for a ride to the village. Beautiful condo. Would stay again.

Reside in Cincinnati, Ohio. Husband, Ed, and I enjoy escaping to Siesta Key whenever we have an opportunity. Have been coming to Siesta Key for past 27 years and always had been looking to purchase condo here.

We fell in love with our location directly on the beautiful white, powdery sands of Crescent Beach and yet, just across the street from Capt. Curt's Seafood Restaurant, Daiquiri Deck, shops, grocery, marina, drug store, post office and delightful outdoor Sniki Tiki Bar. Just 300 yds from our beach is a great area for exploring at Point of Rocks, tidal pools, exotic birds, exception shelling and snorkeling. No other complex on Siesta Key can beat our fun location.
