Shoreline Towers has completed a major exterior 20 plus million dollar renovation. Unit 3103 has new windows, balcony sliders and a brand new patio balcony with amazing views.

Unit 3103 is a must-see 10th floor beachfront condo located in the heart of Destin. With 1430 sq. ft. of living space, this condo is filled with all the comforts of home, yet located in a tropical paradise.

You won’t want to miss this newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath condo in Tower 3 with modern beach décor throughout. It features a master bedroom with king bed, walk-in and additional closet, private bath, balcony access and Gulf views. The spacious second bedroom offers 2 queen beds, full size closet and large built in entertainment center. A large, fully-equipped kitchen with dining table for six, supplies everything you need for dining in. This unit conveniently offers full-size washer/dryer and wireless internet connection.

Shoreline Towers is located within a privately guarded and beautifully landscaped complex directly on the beach. A beach set up with two chairs and an umbrella is provided for you, offering the most comfortable way to enjoy the sugary white beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf. Family friendly activities include a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, workout area, his/her sauna, shuffleboard, and basketball goals. The outdoor grills provide a great way to enjoy your fresh catch or BBQ with the family.

Waterfront dining, grocery and retail shopping, and family fun parks are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Another great way to spend a day would be chartering a fishing boat or playing golf at one of the renowned golf courses in the area.

Beach setup runs March through October.
$65.00 Property fee is damage insurance. No deposit required, covers accidents or damage during stay that are reported to onsite rental company, STAR Rental.
Mr. Coffee and Keurig coffee makers available.
Condiments and coffee filters are cleared after each stay.
Target, Winn-Dixie grocery and liquor store, Walgreens, Hobby Lobby are a short walk.

A beautiful destination

This beautiful condo has it all. It is a large, well-decorated condo. It really has everything you need. Easy to check in and communication was great. The location is fabulous, and you can walk to coffee spots, restaurants, and grocery stores. The amazing view of the beach is truly amazing!!

Minimalistic

I cannot recommend Shoreline Towers. We liked the location, however, the building and grounds were blah. Just a white tower of apartments on an asphalt lot without any color, decor, personality, or welcoming feeling. Felt very much like a sanitarium or assisted living - not a vacation resort AT ALL. The 2 Bedroom apartment was cute, and had a fully stocked kitchen of dishes and appliances. The refrigerator didn’t work well though - it frosted and defrosted without notice. Our biggest disappointment …. No shampoo, lotions, QTips, cotton balls, starter coffee packets no salt and pepper. We haven’t had this experience with any other stays in the world, frankly. No basic items? I don’t think I am a spoiled traveler, but really? These items should be provided with any rental stay. They claim It is a Florida law, but… I have rented many places in Florida , and these things are always provided.

Great location, amazing view, great amenities

My family and I stayed for a week and the condo was absolutely perfect. It was very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The living room was cozy and the view off the balcony was just perfect. We enjoyed the use of the extra beach equipment and chairs left in the condo. The provide beach service with chairs and umbrella was also appreciated. The gym, pool, and pickle ball courts were well maintained. We would most definitely return and stay here again!

Great place to stsy

We loved the condo and the location in Destin! It was just as described with a great view of the ocean! It was so nice, well decorated and clean! The only recommendation I would have, the mattress in the bedroom with two queen beds are not very comfortable and need to be updated.

Shoreline Towers 3103 condo

We had a great time, easy access to beach, great patio view of the gulf, close to grocery stores. Obviously US 98 is a 24 hr. disaster to drive, so just take your time when going out. Apartment was very clean and well prepared, kitchen was greatly equipped.

Great choice!

This was our first stay in Destin and we nailed it with our choice of this condo. Everything was really great about this condo. Nice and roomy, comfy beds, gorgeous balcony view. Close walk to the beach - nice and paved (was easy on our older folks), sand wasn’t scorching hot even on a hot day. Chair set up was amazing!! Lots of parking in the parking lot. Close to Target, grocery stores, restaurants. Will totally stay here again for a trip to Destin! Thank you hosts!

Girls trip 2024

The condo was very clean, all the appliances worked as they should, the bedrooms were spacious, lots of closet space and they had beach toys available. You can see the beach from the deck and we could see dolphins swimming while we sat on the deck. The condo is within short driving distance to many restaurants and shops.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a great time. We would recommend Shoreline Towers and can't wait to go back. We loved the beach and the free beach set up. The pool was beautiful and heated! The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. It would have been fun to have binoculars to look at the dolphins, we'll bring those next time. The owners are easy to communicate with and we will hopefully be back. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Wonderful stay

We had an absolute wonderful stay. The check in process was simple, owners checked in with us to make sure all was well, they responded quickly to messages prior to check in. The condo was beautiful with stunning views. We were able to watch dolphins on the balcony. The large patio doors were amazing to let the warm air in and hear the crashing of the waves. The condo was beautifully decorated. The white sandy beaches were phenomenal. Loved having beach service. The pool was amazing and warm. Wouldn't have asked for a better vacation and a place to call home for a week.

Great Location

I always stay on Holiday Isle for the convenience to the beach and to the stores. I enjoyed my stay even with the construction. Even with the elevator, the workers were courteous. The check in process was not the best, the code for the door was sent late and I was stuck outside 😳 Unfortunately the guard didn't have any information to help, but he stayed outside with me in the rain while i got in touch with VRBO. That was very nice of him, especially since i was very tired from the long drive from Ohio. The property was modern and well kept. I enjoyed the extra blankets. I liked that i could pair my phone with the Samsung TV as well.

great unit, great view

one of the nicer condos we've seen on the emerald coast. The nightly rate was fair since there is a lot of construction at the site but I was a little surprised to see $300 in owner fees added to the total. Also, the kitchen floor really needs a good cleaning. We will consider shoreline towers on a future trip. It seems a well-run property with decent security onsite.

Best Week Ever!

We have stayed in condos along the Panhandle many times and this one has been my very favorite! The space was huge, had a fully stocked kitchen, reclining living room furniture, and an incredible deck with glass enclosure that you can open to let in the sound of the waves and feel the ocean breeze, along with a spectacular view! The beach was right outside the door, and I love the Destin sand as it never gets hot. The huge curved screen tv was an added touch, and had every channel imaginable along with a 200mbps internet. Meijer, Target, CVS and other stores were right across the street. Tons of restaurants nearby to include Boshamps, McGuire's, AJ's, The Back Porch, and my personal favorite Dewey Destin's on Calhoun Avenue. The hosts were awesome and quick to respond to any inquiry. We really couldn't have asked for more.

25th Anniversary Trip

This was our first trip to the Destin area and we were very happy. The condo was very clean and the owner was very nice to work with. They even texted the first day to see how things were going. That type of service is something that you don’t always get! We will definitely be back!!!
