Loved our stay! Perfect location! Felt extremely safe. The house was great! The screen porch was perfect for sipping coffee during a rain shower. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Convenient

The house was very cozy and nicely decorated. The area was quiet which encouraged us to enjoy our morning coffee and breakfast on the front screened in porch. Location is very convenient to downtown Charleston which made our travel very easy. We also got to enjoy the quaint town of Mount Pleasant and took in some of the local hot spots. Check in and check out was a breeze. A great place to stay!

Wonderful weekend getaway

We loved the bungalow! It was in a great location, close to everything! The house had everything we needed and more! The hosts were so sweet. We will definitely stay again!

Great family friendly place

Perfect home in a quite neighborhood.

Looks can be deceiving from the outside. But once you get it, you are greeted with a beautiful decorated home that is right size for family of 4. Kids had a blast playing around. Liked the labelling everywhere so we know exactly know what is what. Had an amazing time. Closer to shops and major attractions that we want to go to.

Clean and comfortable house in great neighborhood

Great stay. Very friendly and accommodating owners. Neighborhood was very quiet. Beds super comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Great find.

Convenient location

The bungalow was the perfect size for my family of four. The location was convenient to Shem's creek, downtown Charleston, and Sullivan's island. The outdoor space provided plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. The house was very clean and the hosts were extremely responsive.

Short weekend getaway

This house was perfect for our weekend stay. We were in town for a wedding and this was a five minute drive from the venue, which was wonderful. It was also very convenient to downtown Charleston. The house was very clean and everything felt new. The street was nice and quiet. No complaints from this stay at all. The hosts were wonderful and communicating and even checked in with us during our stay. Wonderful house and hosts.

Adorable Bungalow

We booked a last minute trip to the area and we were very pleased with everything! The house is extremely clean and so cute! The check in process was very easy and the owners were nice and accommodating. We’d love to rent again in the warmer weather and bring our little ones. The house is stocked with everything you’d need for kids which is so helpful.

Perfect family vacation home

Everything about this place was perfect! Extremely clean! We enjoyed three nights here while exploring Charleston and Sullivan Island. Perfect location on a quiet street, I felt comfortable going out on runs each morning. The location is excellent! The kitchen was well stocked as we made dinner here each night. The beds were comfortable and their were plenty of games and toys to keep our kids entertained. The host was very good with communication and went above and beyond our expectations!Highly recommend!

Home Away from Home

Our family loved staying the Darling Bungalow! It was "darling" and extremely clean. The property owners are excellent communicators and have thought of everything to make your vacation enjoyable. I have never recommended another VRBO as highly as this one, and I have shared the listing with friends. Thank you for an excellent stay! We will return!

Great Location

We were overall pleased with the property. Convenient location in a pleasant neighborhood. The dishwasher didn't work during our stay. The host tried to have the issue rectified but timing didn't make it possible so they provided us with a gift certificate to a nice coffee shop down the road for our inconvenience. Check-in and check-out was easy and the house met all of our needs during the stay.

Didn’t Want to Leave! ♥️

The Darling Bungalow is just that and more! Needed a quick getaway to relax, unwind and breathe......my husband and I were joined by our almost 4 year old grandson and we all loved the bungalow! Having lived in Mt. Pleasant for several years, I can say without a doubt that this is the perfect location. Central to anything you would ever want or need! There is no doubt that Chrissie and Mike put their heart and soul into making the bungalow a home away from home!

Perfection!!

We rented this darling bungalow and couldn’t have been more pleased!! So bright and clean and beautiful decor! The attention to details were excellent!! The owner was wonderful and went above and beyond with everything! It is near the most wonderful restaurants and shops! It’s close to several beaches! Owner recommended the Vintage Vault coffee cafe and it was amazing! Also at the bungalow Hand sanitizer throughout home! Screened in porch with beautiful decor! Will definitely recommend!!!

Perfect

What an incredible property. It could not be in a better spot to enjoy Mt. Pleasant and Sullivans Island. Plenty of space for a family of 4 (2 kids under 10). Lots of games for all ages as well. Plenty of beach supplies so we didnt have to bring anything, which was a huge help! Air Conditioning was incredible! Keurig coffee maker with reusable pods for your own coffee and a water line directly hooked up! Beds slept well! Updated washer/dryer so no laundry when we got home! Wonderful front porch with fan to enjoy nights with no bugs! And its away from the bedrooms so no waking up the kids. Host was wonderful and very quick to respond. Saving this location so we can enjoy this house again for years to come! Overall: 12/10 rating.

Favorite VRBO stay!

We loved everything about our stay! The house is in a perfect location. Very close to shops and restaurants in Mount Pleasant and just a short drive to Charleston. This would be the perfect house to fly to because it is so well stocked. If you have little kids, you would hardly need to bring anything. I also appreciated the toiletries and kitchen items. The house was even cuter in person. And Chrissie was super sweet and responsive! We plan to stay here again the next time we come to the area!
