Beautiful riverfront property for your enjoyment! Level lot with covered RV canopy and additional garage for your vehicle. Extra large private lot on a smooth, quiet stretch of the Pigeon River near Townsend TN and the Smokies! Fish, tube or just float right off your back deck! Newly completed rock firepit and concrete patio overlooking river's edge with rock stairwell for easy access going down to the river. Spend quality family time making memories here! Watch the river from inside the great room of the cabin or on the deck either one.
Security camera on parking area to monitor vehicle count; note that a drivers license photo ID of booking guest will be requested shortly before stay to verify guest identity.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Immaculate property right on the river. The outdoor seating area was beautiful. We were in the area to visit grandkids and the backyard area was a hit. The host was so helpful. Will definitely rebook.

Rustic charm that took me back to my childhood! Spent the day soaking our toes in the river and our evenings sitting on the deck taking in the stars! It was perfect!

We come to Walland every year and rent a property on the river. This is by far the best property we have ever stayed at! Easy check-in and great communication. Elaine was responsive and took care of all our needs quickly. Property is perfect. Right on the water with plenty of space to swim, fish, read on the deck, cookout- whatever you want! Three porches with a picnic table and grill and plenty of seating. Huge fire pit and deck on the water. We watched wildlife everywhere everyday. Close to Townsend, Cases Cove and Maryville. Knoxville about 30minutes away. This property is perfect and we will stay again for sure!

We have been vacationing along the Little River for five years as a family, and this house has been our favorite by far🥰The river access is perfect! The sitting area has plenty of space, plenty of seating, and a firepit large enough for everyone to enjoy.Getting in and out of the river couldn't be any easier, for adults and children alike. We spent a lot of time in our tubes and river chairs enjoying the peace and serenity, allowing the river to recharge our batteries and slow life down.The property is easy to find and is only 10 minutes from the main stretch in Townsend. A short drive to the National Park makes this location ideal for staying on the Peaceful SideElaine was a superb host and even offered us early check-in on our arrival day. Thanks Elaine for sharing your property with us. We hope to be welcomed back again!

Beautiful cabin and property!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The cabin and grounds are clean and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable! We will certainly stay here again some time.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was nice and clean and we loved being right on the water. We will definitely be staying here again. Elaine was great to work with also!

The house is close to all the places we wanted to go: Cades Cove, The lost Sea and all different hiking trails in the Great Smoky mountains. We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us I even caught a few fish on the river property.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was a perfect getaway for us to take my recently widowed mother who hasn’t been on a vacation in years. She absolutely loved every minute! Some of our highlights were watching a playful otter in the river behind the house and a bald eagle flew right past us as we were enjoying a fire in the pit!Everything was beautiful and our host Elaine made sure everything was perfect for our stay! Mom is already talking about our next trip there! We can’t wait to come back.

This is a very nice property with a great location & view of the river. I would stay here again. I would have given the property 4.5 stars if that was an option. My only disappointment was the exterior of property which just needs some clean-up (fallen leaves, limbs, deck railing, etc.) Also, the Weber grill needs to be repaired/replaced. Communication with the host & check-in was excellent.The fire pit is excellent. We cooked dinner in a dutch oven (not provided with property) over the open fire one evening.For interested fishermen, there are no trout in that part of the river. We are told there are bass in there, be we were not able to prove that!

We really enjoyed our stay and would return. The location was peaceful and easy to get to even in the snow. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay.
