Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a historical cast iron rope elevator wheel. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. Come check us out we would love to have you!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Great Ambience!

Love the feel of the place! Will stay there again when we’re back! Great Little restaurant next-door to get breakfast and coffee. Very convenient great location.

Cute place & perfect location

We loved everything about our stay. The location is perfect, with all the touristy spots easily accessible by foot. Communication was great, and my questions answered within minutes. The place was clean and quiet which we appreciated. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful Spot

This location was exactly what my husband and I were looking for! We wanted a place that was walking distance from New Orlean’s main attractions, and I was truly that. The place itself was comfortable, spacious, and met all of our needs. Would certainly love to stay here again, in the future!

In NOLA with all the Swifties!

My wife and I spent 4 nights at this unit from Saturday 10/26/24 thru Wednesday 10/30/24. We had tickets to the Sunday night Taylor Swift concert. We couldn’t have been happier staying here. Perfectly located and walking distance to the French Quarter and The Superdome. Great communication throughout our stay and the unit was very clean and had all the amenities that were advertised. We are already taking about coming back and staying here again! Thanks for hosting us during one of our best vacations!

Really cool 😎 place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. Lots of character and great location! It’s just a block from Canal St and 4 blocks from Bourbon St - close enough to be part of the action, but far enough to be able sleep at night. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. I took one star off for the bathroom. It was quite small, with no shelf or surface for toiletries. It was also in various states of disrepair: the top of the hand soap dispenser was cracked (but it worked); handle to the shower was loose (but it worked); (tank on the commode was loose (but it worked.) It would be a 5+ Star experience with some very inexpensive repairs and additions.

Big easy stay

We stayed here in preparation for our cruise. We wanted to experience a little bit of the big east before we left. Just a short 5 min walk to bourbon street and other great attractions in New Orleans. The loft was clean and comfortable. What a great experience. Will plan to stay here every time we are in New Orleans.

Will book again!

This was my first trip using VRBO so I was a littler nervous. I have to say this property was everything it says it is and we absolutely felt at ease immediately! The check in process came with clear instructions and the communication was perfect! Our room was beautiful and so clean! I couldn’t ask for anything better with my first time ever booking! We loved this place and plan to return! Great location and walking distance to so much! It’s perfect!

Fab, Fun, Refreshing

We enjoyed our stay in this cute studio. The location worked for us to walk to everywhere we wanted (we are active so a couple of the walks were a mile) which allowed us to work off some of the calories we consumed at all the great food places!! There is food right outside the door, and major tourist areas with in short walks. Some longer journeys might mean an Uber for some. The place was clean, comfortable, and adorably unique in the manner it was converted into losing from what was once clearly and industrial building. There is a parking lot 1/2 block from the unit that we used, it was perfect. We felt safe in this area at all times even with our kids.

Sleep count not accurate

While the place was clean and tidy, the listing is inaccurate when it says sleeps 6. There are only 2 beds that sleep 4 people. If you have more than 4, you’re supposed to request AIR MATTRESSES, which isn’t disclosed in the listing. Had I not asked where sofa sleeper linens were, we would not have known this before arriving. The host was not accommodating when I asked for a refund to book something else that slept my entire party comfortably in beds somewhere else. Just beware that if you plan on having beds to sleep in, you should only stay here if you only have 4 people or less.

Our stay here was exceptionally memorable

Unfortunately, it is for all the wrong reasons. Check-in instructions were clear and simple, but the "parking on site" was misleading and we ended up paying for parking a block away. On arrival, we noticed a strong odor that worsened on our floor. The laundry room down the hall reeked of urine which worked its way into the apartment. Although the apartment was beautiful, it was overshadowed by a dirty couch, stained lampshades, dirty coffee mugs in the cabinet, and the overwhelming smell of urine. We bought air fresheners, but they only masked the smell. Someone finally cleaned the laundry room on day three, but the smell lingered. The thermostat was locked and hanging off the wall. The troubleshooting instructions were unclear, but we managed to unlock it ourselves. The Wi-Fi was unreliable. Trying to watch TV was frustrating as it disconnected frequently. The beds were overly firm, with one sagging in the middle. Sleeping was terribly uncomfortable. While the host was responsive, they didn’t address the odor or follow up on the escalation they mentioned after we brought up the urine smell twice. On the bright side, the bathroom was clean (the only part of the apartment that DID NOT smell like urine), and the location was fantastic. Most of our activities were conveniently within walking distance. Despite the beautiful design and responsive host, persistent issues left us disappointed. We wish the experience had been different, but ultimately it was 2/5 stars for us.
