One Bedroom Carriage House

Expertly decorated one bedroom carriage house with private entrance and driveway parking. Private location but easy access to downtown and Shoreline. Wonderful walking trails and conveniently located.

We have one bedroom with a Queen bed and another Queen mattress in the living area foldout. Our kitchen is fully equipped with enough appliances and cookware for cooking, baking, and even entertaining!

Washer and Dryer in the main house and available upon request. There is also a packnplay in the carriage house.

Although we are new to VRBO, we have extensive review history on Airbnb. You can view our reviews on their website under One Bedroom Carriage House.

Worked out great for my stay. Very fun layout inside, it feels like 90% vacation rental, 9% European museum, 1% percent Élysée Palace. Nice area, nice hosts!

The Carriage House was so cozy and was a perfect Seattle stay. Everything was as described and Meeka was so communicative with check in and check out. Would highly recommend!

The host communicated well, the accomodation location was perfect and the accomodation had everything one could need plus being clean and comfortable. Being on the edge of the woods with hiking trails was a bonus. We walked down to the Sound on 3 different days. The Diva coffee shop was less than 1/2 mile away on Greenwood and a #333 bus would take us to the 148th light rail station where we could easily ride into Seattle. 5 Stars.

Beautiful place, great hosts and convenient location. Comfortable beds, furnishings and well stocked with convenience items for anything anyone would use. We loved this place and it will be first on our list to reserve again!

Wonderful for a month's stay

This was a wonderful place to stay for a month to visit relatives and friends in the area. Quiet, clean, right next to open space, and everything we needed.

Wonderful Place, Wonderful People

Meeka was a brilliant host and we had a lovely stay at the carriage house. It had everything we needed and in such a tranquil location. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Seattle.

Gorgeous hideaway

I loved the charm and seasonal decore. It was better than a 5 star resort accommodation. The location was perfect for me to attend meetings, get groceries near by and enjoy the trailhead at the end of the driveway!

Great Little Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here-the accomodations were quiet and had everything that we needed. The kitchen is really well appointed. We loved having the greenspace next door, too!
