Welcome to your Grafton Escape! This condo is perfect for an individual's stay or for a few days escape for couples. The studio condo offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, living area with couch and TV, kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dining table. Enjoy an evening on the patio overlooking the outdoor pool, watching the SkyTour in your backyard pass by, and river views!

Walking distance from all Grafton has to offer: the Grafton SkyTour (which brings you to the best views in the area), bars, restaurants, wineries, Aeries Zipline, boat rentals from Grafton Marina and much more!
Or hop in your car and within minutes arrive at Pere Marquette for hiking and horseback riding, or Raging Rivers to enjoy a day at the waterpark! Sam Vadalabene Great River Road Bike Trail is a paved 20 mile trail from Pere Marquette to Alton, and in the winter months you can do Eagle watching or ice skate at the indoor ice rink at the Loading Dock. There is so much to do in and around this small river town!

Great stay in Grafton!

The location was great for food and entertainment... we could have walked everywhere if not for that Mulberry St hill lol... very nice place looking forward to coming back!

Nice place

The condo is nice. Although don’t walk up to Aeries from there. The owner of Aeries asked us where we were staying and told us we needed to turn around and walk back down when we got to the top.

Comfortable stay, nice location and view. Grafton is a neat get away town. Small quarters but was perfect for me.

Everything was just as described great communication with owner place was clean and well stocked highly recommend perfect for a couple getaway The only thing I would recommend is installing a couple of hooks on the back of the bathroom door for towels

Grafton Weekend Get Away

The property/room was very clean and much better than staying in a Hotel. The bathroom towels plush and the Kitchenette very well stocked. We had to touch bases with the owner and they were very responsive. We hope to stay again in the fall.

Weekend getaway

Overall stay was great. Using the touch key entry was a bit confusing and there were a couple of glitches when opening the door. We had to read through an email to trouble shoot. It got easier as we used it. We would definitely stay at this property again. Great weekend!

Grafton Escapes

Everything was nice about this stay with one exception. You hear everything from the people above you. Not even excessive noise, but rolling luggage, walking and anything above 2 people having a quiet conversation. First night was really rough, but luckily the group above us didn’t stay up late the second night.

Excellent Condo

Everything was as described. Condo was clean and as advertised. If I would suggest anything it would be stock a few more wash cloths to match the amount of towels as we had to use a few dish clothes out of the kitchen. Not a big deal at all. Also the slatted shade at the patio door does not offer complete privacy if the air is on and the slats are blowing, with it being on the first floor and pool traffic right out the back door I might suggest retractable floor length drapes. Again not a big deal, Everything was wonderful! Thank you!
