Newly remodeled first floor studio on North Padre Island only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. This cozy unit features a king size bed and pull out sofa for sleeping accommodations of up to 4 guests. Within the unit you will also find kitchen, bath, dining and living spaces. There are many shared condominium amenities to include pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, laundromat, bbq and more.

Overall a nice stay. The condo was clean and easy check in and check out. The bed was a little worn out and too soft for me but was fine for 2 nights.

Cozy and relaxing

Great choice if you're planning a beach get away. It was about a 10 minute walk otherwise you can purchase a permit and park right on the beach! The condo was well furnished and easy to find, and stayed cool in the Texas heat! However my party did see two or three cockroaches in the listing, though that may be hard to avoid in the complex/on the Island.

We had a wonderful stay! This property is clean, close to the beach and golf cart rentals for a fun beach cruise! We had a fun comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend!

This property was absolutely wonderful! The condo fit our family of four comfortably. It is very close to the beach, quiet, and has a nice pool that is open late. We only stayed one night, but have plans to come back for a longer stay soon.

Cute and thoughtful rental!

We loved our stay. It is perfect for a couple. The unit has everything you need. Really appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as the beach chairs, umbrella, the Brita, and the tar remover! Check in and check out was super easy. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to everything in town as well. It was SO CLEAN and smelled amazing. Would stay again!

Perfect space

Second time visiting this VRBO. I doubt it will be our last. It's beautiful, bright, and comfy. Benaia responses are so quick and helpful. Spacious studio with everything you need and just minutes from the beach. Love the Nespresso machine!! Pods supplied. No cons.

Perfect, cozy beach condo

This was a great, little condo for a girls' beach weekend. Super close to the beach and it has a nice pool. The only issues we encountered were the sofa bed and lack of coffee mugs. The sofa bed was terrible. There was a coffee maker but no coffee mugs at all. I tried messaging the host but the message function within the app wasn't working so I texted the phone number but never received a reply. Overall, still a good stay.

Totally Reno'd and Inviting Studio

Went for a midweek quick trip before we went back to school. Mom and 2 boys (12 & 15) Spacious studio with a soft, oversized couch and soft natural light coming through the widow coverings. It's so pretty in here. Very inviting. Bed is comfy and with no divider in the room, it feels open, cozy, and spacious. Couch is comfortable enough sleep a person on it. My 5'11", 15yo son, slept like a baby on it. Kitchen has a Nespresso and pods. Pots, pans, small slow cooker, wine & champagne glasses, and the usual plates/bowls. Filter water pitcher in the fridge. Bathroom is updated and bright. Nice and big. Bottom floor, so only stairs are to walk into the building. Very attentive host with fast responses to any inquiries. Within walking distance to North Padre Beach seawall. This is one of our favorite beach locations to hang out when we visit. Nice to be so close to all the island beaches. Great place. Swimming pool and hot tub area were well maintained at the clubhouse. The complex feels upscale and very safe. A few little chairs and a little table in the fenced in outdoor patio. Views of the entrance but also the channel and the back side of the dunes. Little doggy dishes & small dog biscuits provided which I thought was so sweet. A few games and puzzles also in the unit. We enjoyed our stay!

I always enjoy staying on this end of the beach and I typically always stay at this complex. This unit was great, pet friendly and centrally located on the property. No complaints.
