Newly remodeled first floor studio on North Padre Island only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. This cozy unit features a king size bed and pull out sofa for sleeping accommodations of up to 4 guests. Within the unit you will also find kitchen, bath, dining and living spaces. There are many shared condominium amenities to include pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, laundromat, bbq and more.

We really enjoyed our stay. Kids had fun all day in the pool. It’s a great setup. The place is very close to the pool so walking there is no problem. It was clean and exactly as described. Would 100% recommend

Five‑star review We had a fantastic stay at this condo. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location made it easy to enjoy the beach and the surrounding area, and the unit itself felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed our time so much that we’re already planning to come back next year.

Our first stay with VRBO. VRBO sends too many non-essential emails prior to arriving.There were so many we missed the one sent for final payment and host had to call us direct for payment.Suggest giving the guest the option to book/ pay total amount all at one time.After a booking, the traveler just wants directions and how to open the door, not booking future stays elsewhere or any other advertising.

Great place to stay, super clean, host thought of everything that could be needed, normally we need to make trip to the grocery store for things forgotten or small things like trash can bags, extra dish sponges etc. this places had everything! We definitely used all the amenities from the pool to the sauna. Loved that our puppy was well welcomed and how close we were to everything. We will definitely be coming back!

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay. It was very nice and clean. We traveled with our dog as well and the host left treats and bowls for her. Highly recommended and would definitely book again in future.

We had a wonderful stay! This property is clean, close to the beach and golf cart rentals for a fun beach cruise! We had a fun comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend!
