Enjoy the comforts of home in this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house - from a bright living room to a comfy spacious lower level family room, this home is a wonderful place for families to get away from it all. The location is close enough to explore all the Traverse City area has to offer. Minutes away from Traverse City’s various shopping, dining, and entertainment options. A short drive to Crystal Mountain Resort, area wineries, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, Keystone Soccer Complex, snowmobile trails, casinos, and many beautiful bodies of water. Whatever brings you to Traverse City, you'll be very close to take it all in.

Great place close to everything in Traverse City.

The property was great and located within a 15 minute drive to downtown Traverse City. Check in was easy and it was exactly what we were looking for with our party of 4 adults and 3 kids under 4.

Conveniently located house near Traverse City

Lots of room. The washer and dryer were great. It was a great location as it was close to Traverse city. We enjoyed the fire pit.

Family reunion.

The home was very clean and comfortably accommodated 7 adults. It was convenient to things we wanted and planned to do. Enjoyed late evening fire side relaxation in back yard.

Clean, spacious home just outside Traverse City

This is a great place to stay near Traverse City. Several bedrooms and a huge basement. Very nice to have a full-size washer/dryer. We didn't cook there, but it has a nice kitchen and seemed to have all the amenities. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Very clean with good location

The house was very clean and just as described. Good location just south of downtown traverse. Worked very well for family of 6 including teens, preteens and infants/toddler. Large driveway with lots of parking.

Comfortable, quiet home

We enjoyed our stay in this well maintained home. We loved the location...5 minutes from a grocery store, 14 minutes from a beach on Lake Michigan, 10 minutes from Interlochen state park, etc. My kids had fun watching movies and playing games in the basement area.

Great time on Silver Lk Road

The place was wonderful. Huge lawn in the back with the picnic shelter where we spent much of our time as the weather was perfect. Lots of room inside for the family to gather and hang out but the basement provides a great getaway if you need to work or the kids want to play games. Hosts were never intrusive and quick to respond. Would defintely consider again.

We had 5 adults and 1 toddler stay. Home was very clean, beds were comfortable, and furniture was in excellent condition. Very homey and plenty of room for our 3 cars. Hosts allowed us to enter a couple of hours early which helped our our schedule. Very close to Blue Bridge event center which is why we chose this location. Gas, restaurants, shopping all nearby, and 20 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Would book again if we were to be in the area.

Near Traverse City in July

We enjoyed our stay and found the house very clean and well supplied with appropriate essentials in kitchen. However, the main floor bedrooms did not cool efficiently and were at an uncomfortable temperature.

Family Wedding

We had a group stay at the house for a wedding at Blue Bridge event center. Less than 4 miles away so it was very convenient! The house is way bigger than it looks on the pictures or from the outside. Very clean! The only con is we ran out of towels and toilet paper but other than that it was great! Thanks for the awesome stay!

nice house

very spacious. finished basement was really nice. air conditioners didnt work though, (no cold air, just fans) so had to bring mattresses to the basement to sleep as it was >90 degrees outside during the day.

Nice spacious home.

Had a nice stay. We weren’t really there too long but the house was comfortable and met our needs. I would suggest to the owners to add some fans for summer months. The downstairs was pretty warm and there’s no a/c down there. It was cool enough that fans would be a nice, quick fix!

Stay for a weekend wedding

We came in on Thursday. We had a wedding to attend on Saturday. We came early to enjoy the area. We went to 2 lighthouses and hiked. The house was close to shopping and eating. The house had plenty of room for our family. It had everything we needed.
