Upon entering Cotton Bayou 4G, you are greeted by cheerful shiplap and beachy elements that will make you feel right at home in Orange Beach. In the center of the condo is a plush living room with a Smart TV and access to a private balcony. The balcony makes for a great place to wake up with a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy a view of the community. Plus, the addition of a fully equipped kitchen on vacation means that you can prepare any kind of treat at the drop of a hat. Then, gather around the dining table to enjoy mealtime together. In addition, a spiral staircase in the living room takes you up to a second story where you’ll find a loft area. The loft area serves as a kids’ nook, with a bunk bed and a cozy place to hang out.

Relaxing amenities are exactly what you need on vacation, and Cotton Bayou in Orange Beach does not disappoint! A community pool with a covered pavilion, tennis courts, and barbecue grills are all available for your use. A small pavilion overlooks the docks and Cotton Bayou. Boat slips are also available on a first come first serve basis, for our guests who like to travel with their boat on vacation. Note: Boat must be registered with the Complex Manager before arrival.
