We loved our visit! The house is so comfortable and inviting and the location is wonderful! You can see the water and it is a few minutes walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful and did everything he could to make our stay perfect-and it was!We 5 friends will always have special memories of our stay in Clinton!

Really nice house. Bright and airy with plenty of space for a family. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. There’s a view of the water from the living room and a short walk to a couple of benches right on the water. Great communication with the owner from start to finish. Would definitely stay there again!

The house is in such a beautiful spot! You can see the beach from two sides. I will most definitely be rebooking again with the family. The neighborhood has so much charm.

Lovely house near the beach

The house has been recently renovated and updated with high-end finishes. It is large enough to host 7 people without feeling like you're on top of one another and a short walk to the beach.

It’s not our first rodeo. That is, we’ve rented places for family vacations before and I can say that Thomas is a cut above the rest. It’s actually more unusual to have a perfect experience so what is preferable is having someone who is responsive and reasonable, The home is beautiful and comfortable. The amenities are many and unexpected .

I’ll start with the positives. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all six of us and is located in a nice area within walking distance of the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean views. There was plenty of seating, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms was adequate. The home was mostly clean; however, finding leftover food in the refrigerator from a previous guest was definitely off-putting.As for the negatives, there were several. The home does not have central air conditioning—only mini-split units on the main floor. Since most of the bedrooms are upstairs, it became very hot and uncomfortable at night, while the main level remained overly cold.The upstairs bathrooms did not have hand soap available, so we had to use our own. Additionally, the downstairs bathroom had no hot water and very low water pressure, making the shower unusable.Prior to our stay, we asked about a grill and were told there was a pellet grill with pellets available. However, upon arrival, we found there were only a few pellets, which prevented us from using the grill.The TV was also inconvenient, as it only worked with a Roku account. There was no standard TV remote only a Roku remote limiting usability.While the host did respond to some questions, the communication was only moderately helpful.We have stayed in several VRBO properties, and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had. I would not recommend this property.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We are thrilled you enjoyed the spacious layout, proximity to the beach, and the ocean views. However, we are very sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations. We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously; please be assured we have addressed the refrigerator oversight with our cleaning team and have dispatched our maintenance crew to service the downstairs plumbing and water pressure. Additionally, the bathrooms were fully stocked with hand soap. There were also fresh boxes of soap in the drawers of each vanity. As for climate control, the upstairs bedrooms have central air conditioning and heat, there’s a remote thermostat in the hall. Downstairs have three mini splits that work well for air conditioning. Your insights are invaluable in helping us improve, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
