This was an excellent place stay. The only thing that could have been better for us were the beds. We prefer a slightly softer mattress and these were very hard. Over all we were happy with our stay.

Really close to the park and had everything we needed. The primary suite was spacious and allowed plenty of room for us and the pack n play for the baby.

Beautiful cabin with a nice deck for meals. Close to the river and to the entrance of the park. Perfect for two couples.

Peaceful, Clean stay

Nice and clean condo/apartment. Quiet, couldn't hear any other guests or noise from street. Peaceful location and perfect for a getaway with family/friends.

Estes condo

Spent a weekend at this condo with friends. The condo was well equipped. Some cobwebs on the wall and stains on the carpet but overall clean. The property only had one hottub that took hours to heat up. I recommend property managers check temp throughout the day for weekend guests. Also, pretty slippy going to hottub. My husband fell, fortunately didn't get hurt. I appreciated the quick response to broken toilet call. Fixed in 30 mins. Great staff. Would stay there again.

Hi Patricia! I am so sorry for the issues you encountered and would like to offer you a 15% discount on your next stay. Regarding the hot tubs, due to covid, we do have to completely drain and clean them constantly which does cause the temperature to sometimes take a while to come back up to 104. We do apologize for that inconvenience! Also, I will speak with maintenance about making sure that the snow to the hot tub is always cleared. Since we are at over 8000 feet in elevation, sometimes snow can be a bit hard to keep up with, but that is no excuse. Thank you so much for staying with us and when you reserve please make sure you mention to our staff the discount you were offered. Thanks!
