The experience was over the top. Host made herself available to help us after a bad experience at another location, not hers. Place was amazing and super close to the beach.

The condo was very clean, had a great view and was well above our expectations for the price.The building itself is very old but the condo has been updated and the bed is very comfortable!We will definitely stay here again!

Great location. As other reviews said it is a very old building. Also, the comforter and pillow cases had stains on them. They did replace them right away but huge let down to walk into that and start our trip on that note.

Great quick getaway

Nice clean unit. This was a last minute one night retreat. Everything was awesome and perfect!! Will definitely return!

I enjoyed my stay and the unit was just the right size. The bed was really comfortable. My only negative was the host who was really rude to me when I reached out after not getting the email with check in information.

Lovely accommodation

We only stayed 1 night and did not have time to enjoy the amenities. However the apartment was clean and lovely. The view is breathtaking. The host was very helpful and kind.

Great rental

Great little place! Its right on the beach, as expected. It was quiet evey night. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area was very nice- pool was heated. Close to town and everything you need. The owner was quickly responsive to answering questions. Overall, very pleased with everything!

Good layout, good ocean view. Older beach motel refreshed as condos…it’s close but the age of the building is hard to overcome. There was a mildew smell and the doors don’t seal well. Dehumidifier in the room was helpful but shouldn’t be needed.

The property is old but keep in reasonably good condition. There is no elevator and the room is a long way from vry small parking lot. If you are looking for upscale room on the beach, this one is not for you. If you want an affortable room on the beach, it will work fine.

Almost Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coastal Waters #214 in NSB. The unit was intelligently laid out and was tastefully and freshly decorated. The Coastal Waters property was clean & secure and located near grocery stores & restaurants. What would have made it perfect? A DEEP cleaning or replacement of the box fan used to cool the bedroom. At least a starter supply of kitchen utensils, like a spatula & cooking spoon. A hair dryer, small table for the lanai and more than one beach chair.

For a second choice it wasn’t bad

It was a very old complex. It was clean and we liked the location and the bed was very comfortable. The doorwall off the bedroom balcony didn’t lock well and was very drafty. The front door was very temperamental it opened with a key pad. The manager gave me the code for the lock box with the key. I had to use the key half the time. The parking lot was always full and we had to park across the street and it was hard finding a spot there during bike week. I won’t be returning.

Listing was not accurate. Unit is very old and needs work. Management company claimed the unit was cleaned prior to arrival but it definitely was not. Food, trash and other random substances on the walls and furniture. WILL NEVER RETURN!

My only problem was that the faucets in the shower were hard to use. Time had made them hard to use. Would call you again when I needed a room. Vanessa was very willing to offer her assistance.

Not clean

Mold on the ceiling in the living room. Mold on the table under the tray. Moldy pot holder. Hairs on the bed and towels. Rusty chairs - one broke the instant one of us sat on it. Fork on the floor beside the bed. Ceiling fans need cleaned. We left after one night vs staying for two.

Very Nice

Great location with nice updated furnishings. Second unit from the beach with a great view from the balcony patio and bedroom. Had everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Very clean roomy interior. Old stove but worked fine. Small parking lot in front with most of the parking was on the sandy public access road. We would definitely rent it again.

Ok for a couple day stay.

We enjoyed the space, but, 1 beach towel per person for a whole week wasn't enough. One beach chair, and a camping chair wasn't sufficient. It's ok if we were saying for a weekend but not what we are used to for a whole week.

Great Stay

The unit was beautifully decorated. Comfortable. Very clean. Owners were exceptionally easy to work with. Beach view right off of the bedroom balcony. Only complaint is the parking, or I should say lack of parking. Otherwise, a fantastic place to vacation.

Nice Spot on the Beach

Location was great being right off the beach. Less crowded section of the beach too. Pool was a bit crowded and crazy with kids when we stayed, but the room isn’t right next to the pool which ended up being a plus. The renovations inside the unit were nice, but the building’s bones are older. The air is hard to balance throughout. The box fan and ceiling fans helped, but we had to keep the living room area pretty cool and that may not be ideal if you were hoping to use the pullout like we were. The bedroom wall unit was noisy and not super efficient, but we were able to work without it and overall enjoyed our stay.
