Enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean from any of the three decks, including a poolside lounge, a screened-in middle level, and a top deck perfect for sunset views.

The main floor features an open-plan layout connecting the living area, dining room, and kitchen, creating a welcoming space for gatherings. Upstairs, enjoy a secondary living area with expansive ocean views.

The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, ample counter space, and an open layout that flows into the dining and living areas, making meal preparation and entertaining easy.
Bedrooms:
Main Floor Bedroom #1: Twin over full bunk with twin trundle and TV.
Main Floor Bedroom #2: King bed with a TV and convenient access to the dining area.

Great house! Comfortable beds, Pool, mini-golf, very easy walkway to the beach. Just a wonderful memory for our family.

This was an awesome property. Best stocked kitchen of anywhere I have stayed. Great for adults and kids. Plenty of space for a a large group to eat, socialize and be together.

The house is beautiful. Very nice quality, so close to the beach, about a 15-minute walk to the downtown area. We loved staying here.

This property is incredible! Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Putting green and pool were wonderful! Location is great! We could not have ask for a more wonderful home for our vacation!

The access to the beach is great. The pool area is very nice & the house is stocked with everything.

Such a great place! 7 of us ladies went to celebrate our friends retirement and it could not have been a more perfect place! Walk right out onto the beach unless you rather sit at the beautiful pool! Be sure to bring your own beach towels though!

Wonderful beach property
This beach house has everything you need! The kitchen is well stocked, the house is clean and the bedrooms with their own bathrooms were perfect for our group of eleven. The beach access is amazing and the views are breath taking. Would love to stay here again!

This house had everything and more. It was clean, even bigger feeling than in photos & the PERFECT location. So close to the beach. The host was super responsive and everything exceeded expectations

Very pleased with our stay - 10 adults and 2 children. The pool was beautiful and we ended up using the pool more than we were at the beach. Also nice that every bedroom had it's own bathroom with a shower.

Love this house!
The house and pool was AWESOME. It was clean, the property management was responsive and it was the best place to stay with a group of 12. Very open and comfy. The walkability to the town and access to the beach was great. Will definitely be staying here again!

Folly’s Best
Fantastic rental…by far one of the best on the beach. The house was more than adequate for our family of 10 with ages ranging from 78 to 9.

Great house!
The house, amenities and size was perfect for our family. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen family area was large enough to accommodate all of us. All in all a great week even though we had beach work being done in front of us.

Great layout and convenient location
Fantastic to have 6 bedrooms with private en suite baths. Kitchen stocked nicely. Walking distance to town. Our party ranged from 18-75 years old and all had a great time!

This house was amazing! There were six couples and with there being 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, we had plenty of room. The house was very clean and well appointed with every detail being thought of in the design. The pool was heated, which was a plus as the ocean was way too cold to swim in and everyone enjoyed the putting green. The location is ideal. Easy walk (15 minutes) to the pier and downtown area. The management company was very prompt at responding to questions leading up to our stay and when we had an issue with the grill, they were quick to get us the propane we needed. Our group is already planning our trip back to this house next year.

This house was everything that I expected. It was perfect for the teens and adults. We especially loved the pool and easy beach access. The management company was quick to respond when we had an issue with garage door. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a large house with upscale amenities.
