Great location!

The condo was great, and you can’t beat the location! It was nice to have the garage access as well. There were beach towels, two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella, which was a bonus but I wish I had know ahead of time so I didn’t pack mine from home. Kitchen amenities were awesome as well! I could see the stairs being problematic for certain people, but not for able bodied visitors. My two complaints…1) Trash was left in the master from previous guests. Not much, but the cleaning crew could have paid more attention to detail. 2) It was noisy when we were trying to sleep (swing set at night and trash collection and gardeners in the mornings)

Lovely condo in Avila Beach

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo in Avila Beach. It's a great location, right in town, near shops and restaurants, and next to the beach. It's clean, well stocked with everything we needed (including a full kitchen, and washer and dryer), and well maintained.

Amazing location

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property in Avila Beach! Perfect location, excellent instructions and communication with the host. This is a must stay when in the area. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was good. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen in all of our VRBO rentals. Much appreciated that. Would have liked to have seen black out blinds on the bedroom window as the outside lights from the business across the walkway was very bright and the blinds were very thin making the bedroom bright. Kind of hard to sleep. Great location for walking to the restaurants and shopping.

Worth it

Well appointed. Just don’t understand the cleaning part before departure. You tend not to use anything (coffee maker, glasses, etc) since you have to clean up. I thought I was on vacation including household chores!

Beautiful Spot

We love the Landing Passage due to its location near the boardwalk, restaurants, bars, and tasting rooms. This condo was everything we expected, and our friend who was with us for the first time loved it as well. We will be back.

Clean, well appointed apartment in perfect location

This unit had everything we needed with comfortable bedding, a cozy fireplace for a chilly evening and short walk through the charming landing passage to the waterfront.

Amazing Location

Everything was convenient, short walk to beach, good variety of shops and quality restaurants. Everything you would need in the condo. We were fine because we were careful, but it would be wise to mention the very steep, concrete, sharp edge stairs, which would not accommodate even a small woman’s foot. We would return for sure!!

Lovely Condo in Avila

Lovely condo, perfect location and well suited for 2 people. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. Everything is exactly as depicted in the pictures. It was nice that both the bathroom and kitchen had skylights; which made the rooms bright with natural light when the sun was shining. No AC but a small fan is provided, so with the windows open, the ceiling fan on and using the small fan we were quite comfortable. Having the garage and dedicated parking space was a bonus. Overall a very cute and lovely condo.

Awesome spot!

We loved staying here! Only downfall was that there is public stairs right outside the windows so it’s pretty noisy at times. Just trying to relax & it felt as if people were so close they might as well be inside the condo with us. But very clean spot! Loved it for the most part.

Beach Villa Central to Everything

My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights at this property in mid-July. We were visiting from WA state to attend an outdoor concert at the local Golf Resort. We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants (and the concert venue). Along with getting beach time in, we spent time sitting on the deck. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. Having no AC was never an issue for us, as the space kept cool. We enjoyed breakfast/lunch at Avila Market (enough to have twice) and bought fresh ground coffee from Krakin to use during our stay. You can’t go wrong with the location and felt like we got a great deal compared to the comps in the area.

Great location and cute unit

I always enjoy Avila Beach and this was a perfect place for my small family of three for a few days. It was nicely decorated with beach theme a clean. Had we stayed longer the kitchen and laundry would have been useful. My biggest complaint is that the code I was given for the lock box was incorrect and it took longer than it should have to access the key. Thanks to my teenage son we were able to get in without contacting the manager. There were just a few housekeeping issues: 1) a pair of panties from previous guest in the bedroom and 2) cover off the shower drain which could lead to a major plumbing issue. Otherwise the unit was very nice and a great location in the center of Avila. I would stay there again.

Great Stay

My husband and I loved our condo! There were a couple of minor issues that were immediately addressed by the property manager promptly and politely. I know some prior travelers complained about being right in the middle of everything, but that was part of the allure for us. We didn't want to have to get in the car once there, and we didn't have to! Loved it! Thank you for a great stay and easy process! My husband has already suggested that we make this our "go to" place to stay and I am all for it!
