This was such a hidden gem. Very cute and well kept. John was so kind and thoughtful. I definitely plan on staying here again!

We loved the spot. Great for two people, four people would have been a stretch unless two were kids. Would have been hard to cook a proper meal in the limited kitchen space. We would stay here again if we had the chance.

Lovely, comfortable stay very near Avila Beach!Our host John was very friendly and knowledgeable; he had lots of suggestions of things to do/places to eat and even provided beach gear

What an absolutely lovely stay. John greeted us and got us settled. 15ish minute walk to the beach. 15ish minute drive to downtown. Wonderful experience, highly recommend and will definitely be back!

John was a wonderful host and had a lot of great local information for those that want help planning their trip as far as local restaurants and places to see. It's a very cozy, but cute place and highly recommended!

Chad and Sherry were delightful and beautiful guests. They had a good time at the beach and exploring the spectacular Central Coast. They left the rooms in great shape and are always welcome back.

I absolutely loved my stay at the treehouse! Very peaceful, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The Property and Avila Beach are absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to go back!

Thanks, Ron, for staying in our little beach town. I hope you took home some great memories of your time on the spectacular California Central Coast. Also, thanks for leaving the Treehouse in great shape. Come on back because there are still a lot of things to do here that are left undone. The 34 stairs, I guess, come with the territory for a treehouse completely covered with a mature Live Oak tree canopy. Cheers, John

This was an amazing stay! John was a great host and was so helpful with recommendations for the area. The treehouse was super cute and relaxing. Perfect little place to relax and enjoy the views and bird sounds. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This tree-house is a must if you haven't stayed in tree-houses before. We arrived very late in the night but the host graciously waited for our arrivals and also helped with our bags up the staircases. The bathroom door is loose and due to the natural slant of the tree house, doesnt close properly but everything else was perfect. The location is great - the Pismo beach boardwalk isn't far. It's a great place to stop at, if you are driving down from SF to LA.

Very good location. The property is clean with comfortable bed, high quality sheets and good equipped kitchenette but really tiny.

It's a beautiful place, it has a comfortable bed, and the host was great. Plenty of great suggestions for things to do and where to eat. I would stay here again.
