"PARKER PLACE" Southern Leelanau county, 10 minutes from down town Traverse city
Newly Remodeled ranch home in a private setting. Clean comfortable and just 10 minutes from Traverse City. Wineries, boat launches, Sleeping Bear national lakes shore, South end TIKI bar and Timberlee Hills are all just minutes away. Parker Place is located on a private dirt road near the south end of Lake Leelanau and is surrounded by wooded wet lands. (This house is not waterfront and doesn't come with lake access. there is not public access to Lake Leelanau within walking distance.) It is a quiet natural setting and our guests have enjoyed watching the birds, rabbits Turtles and occasional raccoon. There is an outdoor table and umbrella in the grilling /fire pit area and we provide the campfire wood and gas for the grill. We keep the house fully stocked with plenty of towels, paper products and many extras. There are only two properties beyond this rental; one of them is mine and the other is a seasonal home so you can expect privacy and very little traffic. Thank you for considering "Parker Place" for your vacation. Our goal to make your vacation the best it can be so please let us know if you have any special requests or needs.

Fantastic location, minutes away from everything Leelandau Pennisula has to offer!!! The home was clean, updated, fully stocked and comfortable!! Can't wait to return

Fantastic! Amazing! Love this place. Super comfy, homie , has everything that you need. It is the best Vrbo place I have stayed at. The beds are cozy. The pillows were nice kitchen has everything you need. Plus the artwork on the wall were amazing! So sad we left!

We loved our stay at Dawn's place! Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting around the fire pit, and really appreciated the firewood and smores Dawn provided. She goes above and beyond to help her guests feel at home. Having a grill to cook on was also a big plus! I can't say enough good things about our experience. The added touch of Dawn's flowers surrounding the home are very beautiful Thanks Dawn!

Parker Place was beautiful! Plenty of room, gorgeous home and yard, every detail was lovely. We really enjoyed looking at all the art from local artists, and the welcome basket of snacks and everything we needed for s’mores was such a nice touch. We would highly recommend Parker Place!

Parker Place is wonderful! The house was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at over the last 10 years. It is comfortable and spacious for a family. If you want quiet, this is your spot. The house is on a private road and is towards the end, so no traffic. It has a big yard for little ones to run and play. It’s only a short drive to TC and Sutton’s Bay. I would highly recommend for a family, a couple or girls weekend away.

Dawn was very responsive and we loved our stay. Lots of thoughtful accommodations such as beach chairs, firewood, s’mores, and others. We had a great time and highly recommend!

Parker Place Weekend
Very nice property in a somewhat private location. Conveniently close to downtown TC and served as a great place to stay for our wine tasting weekend.

The property was fantastic. Just the right size and fit for our crew. Everything was well appointed and extremely clean. Dawn was super responsive when we had a question or needed a restaurant recommendation. Would definitely recommend!

Dawn was great to deal with and easy to communicate with. House was clean and just as described. Great central location to do everything in the traverse city sleeping bear dunes area. Would recommend this property

Dawn was very personable and answered all our questions. The house is secluded enough, yet close to everything. It was everything we could have hope for and more for our getaway! We will be back!

We had the most incredible stay at Parker Place! We’ve statues in many Vrbo rentals throughout the US and this is by far one of the BEST!!Dawn had thought of every last detail for your stay. The house is set in a serene location close to everything and is beautifully decorated. One of our very best vacations! Thank you Dawn for the special touches in your house that made us feel at home!

Weekend Getaway
