One Block to Coligny Beach Access!

This condo is located in a small condo community near the beach entrance to Sea Pines resort and one block to the beach access of one of the nicest beaches on the east coast. Relax in the pool onsite or walk/ bike to the beach access one block down Hickory lane (a collapsible cart is helpful). There are Town tennis and pickleball courts 1/8 mile down Cordillo Parkway. This condo is on the second (top) floor and is accessed via stairs. The Hilton Head Island STR permit # is 072476. The condo has marble counter tops, Central HVAC and tile floors.

Great Weekend Retreat

We appreciated our host's provisions and efforts to make sure our stay met our needs with a comfortable, clean condo. It was quiet and only a short distance to the beach. Perfect for a couple's weekend get away.

Relaxing getaway

Cute and cozy spot perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. Close proximity to Coligny Plaza and we also enjoyed the pool on site. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the property.

Great place

My nephew and I did not spend a lot of time there as we were visiting family in Sea Pines. This is a great spot for anyone visiting HHI.

Great location and easy beach access

Place was neat and clean very comfortable room. The beach access was awesome. Seems your far enough from the public beach to enjoy the beach with plenty of space for you and your family.

Great place to stay, great location, great

Nice clean condo perfect for HHI vacation! Located just outside sea pines, so we were able to take a very short walk to the trolley to be able to get to the RBC Heritage tournament. Hope to stay here again in the future

Beach Visit

The place was clean, welcoming, and we had easy access to the beach. Gene was readily available when we had questions about the lock and he was able to help us immediately. Great place!

Great quiet location!

Perfect location for my wife and me. Rented bikes and were able to ride the beach easily for an hour every day!

Great stay and location

Very accurate listing in a great part of hilton head. You're blocks from the beach, right next to the entrance to sea pines, and just a few miles from Coligni. loved it. clean, and great host.

Very Cozy Unit

The unit was cozy and very accomidating. We enjoyed our time in town and on the local beach, and the unit was a perfect place to kick your feet up after a long day.

Cute. Place

Very cute place with lots of nice touches. Host provided coffee, sugar, basic cooking needs (butter, condiments, etc.). Our host, Gene, was very responsive. Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

First of all, Gene had everything ready to go for us on arrival. The Cabana was in excellent condition, clean, and in a great spot. We were within a 6 minute walk to a wonderful beach area. The people at the condo were friendly. We were within 10 minutes of shopping and dining. The only thing that would have made our trip any better was if we had opted to stay longer. Such a great time for our family.

Amazing Getaway!

I really enjoyed my first trip to Hilton Head Island. The property was nice, clean, and close to the beach. Gene was very thorough with the rental process, which I appreciate. The condo was nicely furnished, and stocked with essentials like coffee and even aluminum foil. It was a short walk to the beach which was away from crowds. I would definitely recommend this property to friends, and hopefully will be visiting again really soon. Thank you Gene!

Pleasant stay

The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Our favorite feature was the shower, great water pressure! The location was central to many attractions easy to bike, walk or drive to. The owner was attentive and communication was easy. A couple changes to this property would go a long way, a couple of lamps on the end tables would make it easier on the eyes at night. Also, there’s a lock on the ac box which I thought was a bit over controlling. Other than that it was a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Our Unextraordinary Week at Hilton Head

We went to HH with a lot of assumptions that were unfounded. From the literature we thought we'd be closer to the beach than we were. We also thought all beaches had lots of shells washing up. Only after we dug a little bit we learned that HHI is part of a much larger sand bar. No shells. We even drove to Tybee Island thinking it would be different. Not. Then there was the matter of information about the condo that I did not receive prior to arrival. Like the entry code. To be fair, I did get a lot of info, but the manager assumed that I would be much more adept with my smart phone than I actually am. I don't know if there were downstairs units available when we booked; we were on the second floor, and that was a bit of an inconvenience at times. It isn't like it was the vacation from hell, but, all things considered, we're not likely to use Vbro or go to HHI again.

An oasis in the middle of summer - it was very hot when we were in Hilton Head and our condo was a great place to retreat to. The beach was walkable and the pool was close. The beach was wonderful - not crowded and we enjoyed visiting with our neighbors on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.
