This property is more than we could've asked. It has to be one of the cleanest villas we've rented in the 18 yrs we've been staying at HH B&T! The view of the sunrise from the villa every morning is beautiful! We also appreciate the thoughtfulness of the owners for providing a cooler, pill speaker, and beach chairs for use by their guests. These benefits, along with many others, are the reasons I will gladly rent again.

The room was clean, suited our needs, and access to the pool and the beach were very nice. This room was also close to the elevator, which was a bonus except the first day when the elevator was out of order. I would have preferred less light from outside the door and window during sleep time. Blackout curtains might be a nice addition. Great room and great experience overall!

We loved our stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, we had a nice view and access to the beach, and it was very easy to navigate to. It was perfect for my husband and me to stay for a long weekend. We will be back!

I would book this unit again in a heartbeat! Very well kept and stocked. Beautiful and easy access to parking, pool and beach. Property owners and caretakers responded in a timely manner. Wish we could have stayed longer

We came down for a USTA tennis tournament and we feel in love w this place as soon as we stepped inside. Great bed, everything was updated, clean and neat. 2 minute walk to the beach...if you walk slow. Great pool. Enjoyed the afternoon sitting on the balcony. Hosts were quick to respond and the whole process was so easy.

Room was very clean. Condo had everything you would need for a week stay . Condo was very well thought out for the space it never felt cramped. The chairs on the back patio are awesome for sitting and enjoying the great view of the ocean. Great location for everything in Hilton Head beach and Tennis. Close to a lot of restaurants on the island. A little confusion on the check out time but overall a great time. Would definitely like to stay again

The Condo was wonderful. Although it’s a fairly small 1 bedroom and 1bath condo, we were amazed at how well the owners utilized the space! Plenty of storage areas for everything you bring. Lots of seating without making the living area feel crowded. It is stocked with all the items you could possibly need in a beach setting. We brought things we never took out of our car. The beach view is surprisingly good for a complex as big as this one. Huge pool, too.It is perfect for a couple. It’s just steps to the elevator making loading and unloading an ease. The hosts are great to work with and are totally responsive if needed. We will definitely be back!

Communication with the Host throughout the entire process was excellent, the condo and property was very clean and kitchen had all the essentials such as pots, pans, bake wear, all kitchen appliances, plenty of dishes, and silverware. Will be staying in this unit again in the near future. The resort had plenty of parking, the pool was excellent, and all resort staff were friendly

Our stay here was amazing! Room is small but just enough room for 2 people. We had a few hiccups with checking in but were able to get ahold of the owners rather quickly to get everything resolved! There were restaurants available at the resort as well as a beach bar with very good drinks!

The property was clean and well stocked. A few things to note…the bedroom is located right next to the complex hallway. You open the door to the condo and enter the bedroom. There’s a bright light shining through all night and no curtains, just blinds…also some noise from folks walking by so make sure to bring a sound machine! The living room also did not have curtains which makes it difficult for those sleeping on the sleeper sofa. There were no sheets for the sleeper sofa but other comfy blankets. We had an issue with the bathtub and contacted the owner. He was quick to respond but it wasn’t resolved for a few days. The food at Jamaica Joe’z was excellent!

Everything was great! The condo was just as described with everything you need. Even beach chairs The best restaurants we ate at this time was Local Legends for dinner and Bad Biscuit for brunch!
