This was an amazing place to stay. It was very clean and had everything that you could possibly want. It was quiet and peaceful and still close to everything you would want in Kona. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Hawaii. The accommodations were excellent—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The location was a highlight, too. We loved grabbing meals from the Barria food truck just down the street—definitely a must-try! In the evenings, it was such a treat to walk across the road and watch the local surfers catch waves at sunset. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d absolutely recommend staying here

Perfect vacation rental

This condo was exactly how it was described. The area is quiet but close to everything. The host was very communicative for the check in and check out process. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

We wanted a relaxing vacation and got it! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed and comfortable. The location was great, close to sites and beaches. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and we appreciated that. The condo was very clean as well. Sad to leave.

Kona Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is located close to the trolley pick-up. The amenities were everything that we needed and the condo was very clean. Thank you!!

Everything you need!

A very clean, basic, no frills condo. Stocked very well with all the kitchen utensils available. Great location - easy to access Kona center, as well as points north & south.

Good location with pool

Quiet condo on third floor near the ocean but not oceanside. Pool is quiet and clean and we used it every day. The furnishings were minimal which was great for us (I have a dust allergy). Host was responsive. We would stay again.

Good location, the AC in the bedroom is very loud. I had to turn it off at night every time it kicked on it would wake me up.

Good location… old property needing updates

Good location in old building. Carpet is stained and feels dirty… the unit is hot with old air conditioning units that work well but are very very loud. No outdoor air flow as porch is concrete walled and stays hot through night. Except for carpet the unit was clean. We used it purely as a place to sleep so worked okay for us.

Aloha, I apologize the carpet was not in the best condition for you stay. The previous guests before you stay put some hard miles on the carpet. I was doing my best with some spot cleaning but ended up replacing all carpet with nice new LP flooring and I love it. Was not cheap but worth it. This condo unit (Along with most all the surrounding condos up and down Ali'i drive) only have window units for AC. The one in living room is only a couple years old and supposed to be quit for a window AC. The one in bedroom is a little older but still newer. They are definitely not as quiet as a home unit but mostly what we use on Island. I hope this helps with clarification for potential future guest. Mahalo

Three letters, one small word: WOW!!! We live on Oahu and love to get away to the Big Island a few times each year. We have avoided Kona as we are not "resort people". This time, the prices were high everywhere, and we decided to expand our search. We are SO happy we did! This is the BEST place we have ever stayed on the entire island! The price was great, and the condo is AMAZING! Plenty of room, and no musty old furniture that we have seen in so many rentals. The lanai/screened room is perfect for relaxing, and you have everything a vacationer needs (outdoor gear, etc.), and the tv with streaming service made it easy to wind down. I am a little afraid to tell others about this place as I hope to make it our new "go to" accommodation from now on!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Fully usable kitchen. Our flight was delayed 5 hours. We got to condo around 8 pm. Key was left in a lockbox. Easy for us to get access. The condo had some useful beach items (chairs, cooler) we used almost every day. Place was a little diffcult to find with googlemaps...and it being a little dark. I recommend looking for Holualoa Gardens on the map in addition to the exact number address. Shower/tub was a little slippery when rinsing the soap/shampoo off. Landlord dropped off a shower mat the next day. Very helpful.

Great location

Isaac’s property is conveniently located between the 2.5 and the 3.0 mile marker on Ali’i Drive. We didn’t have a car, but the public trolley going North towards Kona on Ali’i Drive stops right on the block. We also were able to walk 15 minutes south from the apartment to Magic Sands, which is a nice white sand beach and which is near a stand that offers several breakfast options such as avocado toast and smoothie bowls. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Basic staples like salt and flour were available if you like to cook. The AC in the bedroom is a little louder than the one in the living room, so you may want to run just the one in the living room before going to sleep and leave the bedroom door open. The fridge worked well, but was a little noisy. We didn’t notice it much as we were either outside exploring or asleep in the bedroom. The apartment building is set back a little from the street, which makes it feel more private. The apartment is on the third floor, but it wasn’t a problem for us to climb the stairs as we live on the third floor of a building in New York City. Isaac was helpful the times that we reached out to him.

Efficient Lodging in Great Location

Top floor unit in a three-story complex. Note: there is no elevator; it is a walk-up only. Outdoor off-street parking for one vehicle provided. Furniture and decor are simple and tasteful. The kitchen has the basics. Laundry in unit.

Close to the trolley. Accessible. Just do your homework because trolley from airport to residence helped. Many islanders don’t seem to realize that.
