Great property overlooking the golf course

Convenient, quiet, clean. Had beach chairs, snorkeling equipment , umbrellas and boogy boards as a bonus that we used.

Great spot!

We love this spot! Beautiful grounds, well maintained condo with a large golf course view lanai. Easy walk to the farmers market and the outrigger to watch the manta rays. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable Breezy condo

Condo was exactly as pictured, beautiful mountain views from back lanai and a peek at the ocean from the front lanai. Had everything we needed, spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the use of the Tommy Bahama chairs and cooler for beach days. Would absolutely stay again!

Property with pristine condo. We’re extremely nice. Everything is well maintained. Not too far from a nice beach. Not too far from the local tourist area for eating dining all that kind of stuff. Highly recommend staying here.

Good location

Nice property. Good location. Condo is older but in good condition. If you cook a lot, which we didn’t, the kitchen is well equipped.

It has two lanais, a large one off the living room facing the golf course and a smaller one off the bedroom which has limited ocean view. It is exceptionally well appointed to provide almost everything one would need for an enjoyable Hawaiian vacation.

Great location and well-managed property

This rental is located just a few miles outside of the busy Kona area in a private and well secured resort golf course location. Just two minutes away from great restaurants and a large grocery store, the rental was roomier than expected and even included two outside porch areas (one off the master bedroom). we were very satisfied with everything and we will return to rent this same unit again next year.

Awesome but ....

Location awesome. Facility including pools etc awesome. The only negative I have is our actual condo. It was extremely dated, had some mold issues, and was dirty. There was dust everywhere. I think if the place had a proper cleaning crew it would be amazing. The owner was amazing to deal with prior to our arrival. We did not communicate while on vacation as we felt the condo was livable however it needs a good cleaning.

Very well stocked and a well kept complex. A few items needed addressed and they said they would fix them after we checked out. Would recommend it to others.

Love this condo

This was our second stay at this condo and it did not disappoint! We love the location. We love the complex. The Internet is fantastic. The place is spotlessly clean, and everything that you would need is in the condo. Check in and check out is super easy. We will definitely stay in this condo next time we go to Kona.

Great first time in Kona

Had a great time on our first visit to the big island staying in Mark's condo. The condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay: full kitchen, washer/dryer, beach equipment, A/C, etc. Location was great and the condo was peaceful and quiet. We used the barbecue grill and ocean pool almost daily. Would definitely visit again and stay at the same condo. Thanks!

I travelled with my girlfriend and two kids to the big island for vacation and stayed here for 4 nights in June. The facility is really upscale and well kept. Everything was clean and the place was fairly well stocked. It could use a little bit more for cooking like oil or spices but we were able to cook and prepare food well. The location is good in south / central Kona area and easy to get around in. It is a gated community with security during the day and you have to register your vehicle and get a gate card. Overall we all really liked the place and were happy with the selection. They provided some toilet paper and laundry and dishwasher supplies.The only issues we had were the A/C. I thought I'd signed up for the A/C since my son cannot stand the heat but evidently (my fault) I didn't so we had to add that and they were very responsive so we had A/C after about an hour. I don't know why it's an option in the summer not to get the A/C as it was mid 80s every day and pretty humid.There are a few broken items or items that need fixing (one burner on stove didn't work and one only half worked, living room patio curtain comes off the rod).The bed and pullout were large and great. There was a lot of space. There is a nice patio to sit outside on.Overall we had a great stay and highly recommend it.

Location, Location

Location, value, response! Kanaloa is a beautifully maintained, safe resort condo complex near the Keahau harbor. 1203 is very private and located directly across from the ocean pool which has a spectacular view. Swim in the pool and listen to the waves crash on the lava rocks and watch stunning sunsets. We couldn’t find a better value. Condo is clean and roomy, Andrew was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this condo.

1203 - great value - repeat guest

This is my second stay in 1203 and tenth+ stay at Kanaloa at Kona. I started visiting Hawaii in 2008 and made a bucket list to travel to each island. In the end, the Kona side of the big island is my favorite for the type of recreation I’m seeking, weather, and price. Kanaloa at Kona has become my home away from home; I hope to purchase a condo of my own someday. The complex offers a variety of accommodations due to unit sizes and locations/views. 1203 is a great option for a budget-friendly stay while still providing nice amenities and all the luxuries of the complex.

Pristine condo in a beautiful location close to the beach and local shops.

This place was a perfect getaway for my family and 2-year-old daughter. Check-in was quick and easy at the front desk, and it took no time to get settled. All of the rooms were clean and organized. It was lovely waking up in the morning to birds chirping and relaxing with a cup of coffee out on the Lanai. The pool area is close by and overlooks the ocean, which is perfect for watching sunsets, and it wasn't overly busy whenever we visited. The host was in communication when an issue came up, and the response and actions taken to resolve it were A++ quality work by them and the contractors. Overall, we had a very memorable visit for the three nights we stayed. It is on the top of our list to stay at again next time we come to Kona.
