Hi Deborah! Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. It’s clear that the experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we regret that we fell short. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with multiple maintenance issues, especially with the bathroom, fire alarm, and water heater disturbances. We take these concerns seriously and we have already addressed this issue and they are all fixed now.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad the home initially met your expectations. We’re truly sorry for the disruption you experienced during your stay regarding the unexpected delivery and the inconvenience it caused. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand your concerns. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will be reviewing the situation carefully with our team to ensure better coordination in the future.

Thank you for your detailed review! We're glad the home worked well for your stay, especially the location near Pepperdine, cleanliness, parking, and quiet neighborhood. We also appreciate your feedback about the step-downs and shower size, and we’ll keep that in mind for future guests. We're happy Ruby was able to quickly resolve the shower pressure issue for you. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall! 😊
