First Timers to Gulf Shores

The property was exactly as described, bright, beach and updated. The pool was cleaned and maintained every morning. The beach was beautiful! The unit is close to restaurants and shops! Great place to stay.

Family Vacation

The condo was really nice and there was a beautiful view. The complaint I have is the security guard was rude. He was an older gentleman who followed you around trying to find something we were doing wrong. He closed the pool down early one night because a group had a radio playing and EVERYONE was having fun. Next night new set of rules were up. We were all on vacation to have fun not to be told we couldn’t do this or that. This was a big concern by many.

First time in Boardwalk

The unit was beautiful and just as described! Close to all of the local attractions, and a beautiful beach view! Would definitely recommend!

Ocean getaway

The property was accurately described and looked like the pictures. It was clean and well stocked for cooking and such. Beach chair and umbrella rental was right outside our condo and lots of things to do close such as water activities. We walked to a lot of restaurants and shops and such due to the good location. A lot of people everywhere all the time during July. So if you want a busy scene that is what you will get. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would come back.

Great Family Spot!

We had a fantastic stay at the beach condo last week. It was perfect for our family, with plenty of amenities to keep everyone comfortable and entertained. The owner was excellent with communication, making everything smooth and easy. One minor downside was the internet, which was nearly non-existent at night. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

GREAT CONDO/SUPER LOCATION

The condo was big, clean, up to date, nice view and super location. Only draw back, and this is not the owner fault at all, there are only 2 elevators. And with a property policy of all check ins are at 4. Thats an issue. Especially when one elevator continues to break. Parkng can be an issue too. But i will say again. The room was GREAT and location is SUPER.

Gulf Shores Vacay

We stayed at this direct beach front condo mid June. It was clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was excellent with a restaurant beach front and a market across the street. The elevators were always working and easily accessible. We enjoyed the outstanding morning and evening views from the balcony facing rooms. Great water pressure in their beautifully remodeled showers. Comfortable beds and bedding for our family. The only issue was the smoke alarm was not working and lying on a table nearby. It didn’t affect us at all though. We left a day early because our child was stung by jellyfish. Not the property’s fault and it’s a normal beach hazard. We saw no sharks at all! Overall a great beach experience.

Great Condo for families!

This is a beautiful property and the location was exactly what we were looking for for our Moms Weekend getaway to the beach. We had a great time and would visit again. The one downfall in the unit is that the bunk bed mattresses need an upgrade. They were very uncomfortable for an adult. Prob ok for small kids. We made it work. The homeowner mentioned mattress toppers but they must have been out for laundering as they weren’t present. The rest of the home had lux bedding and I’m sure the homeowner will likely address this issue. We hauled our own chairs/shade to the beach but they had a rental on our beach for 2chairs/umbrella for $40 and renting was much nicer than hauling all the stuff each day. Recommend that for sure. Unit had rolling carts to bring our stuff to the condo and 2 elevators which was nice. There was shopping within walking distance and an Uber to Mikee’s Seafood was only $8. Great time had by all!

Great location- responsive hosts!

From the search process to check in our hosts were amazing and responsive. We had questions specific to accessibility for our Wheelchair bound child and they addressed them immediately. When we checked in, they were ready to answer questions about that process and make sure we were comfortable in the unit. The complex security was amazing. I made us feel safe, even though there was an unfortunate event in town during our visit. The complex itself was clean, well cooked and accessible to the beach and pool for our family. We found the location perfectly central in the middle of things, but not too busy. Who would stay here again and heartbeat :-)

Condo was exactly as described. Location is very convenient with grocery directly across the street and restaurant onsite. Catherine was super responsive and was very accommodating with our change in plans. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!!!

Great spot. Easy access to Beach.

We went for a short family vacation to the beach. Parents with older teenagers and adult children. Nice unit, very clean. Great communication with owner. Unit is EXACTLY what it says it is. On the beach and close to everything you need. We would definitely rent again.

We were here for softball nationals and enjoyed being in walking distance from everything on the beach as well as not far away from the fields. We will defiantly book this unit in the future.

Great week at the beach!

The condo was very nice and the right size for the 8 of us. We loved the proximity to the beach and the option of a pool. So many places were within walking distance and the security guards were extremely helpful. There were a few minor issues that we encountered. The dishwasher constantly beeped and sometimes didn’t want to run properly. The other issue was that the bunk beds were not made and we had to look around for sheets to finish making the beds. They just had their mattress covers and a comforter placed on top of that. Overall, we had fun and would stay here again!!

Great condo

We had a great stay at the boardwalk. The condo was clean, updated and as described. The kids loved the bunk beds. The location was fantastic. There are some reviews on the elevators being slow. We never had an issue and the property was not crowded. Definitely a hidden gem on the beach. We will be back for sure!

Nice, comfy setting

We so much enjoyed our stay here. There was a group of 7 of us and we noticed how clean and comfy the condo was. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning and the view of the beach was awesome. Convient walk to the hangout, restaurants and stores too!
