During your stay, the issue with the master bedroom sliding door was reported to our 24/7 Guest Services Team and promptly addressed by our property manager. However, we were not made aware of any concerns regarding the floors or overall cleanliness at the time. Hello Lori, Thank you for sharing the positive review. We are glad we were able to rectify the door issue for you. The box springs on one of the guest beds did need to be replaced and had to be ordered. This has since arrived and been replaced. Hope to see you again in the near future!
