2-Story Lake Cottage in the heart of the Finger Lakes on Lamoka Lake in Bradford, NY is the perfect getaway for you, your friends and family if you love the water and can't miss the perfect sunset! The cottage offers an open living and dining space, a full kitchen, king bedroom on 1st floor with a full bathroom, interconnecting queen and double twin bedrooms on second floor and laundry. You won't be bored on a rainy day as cottage offers a 55" flat screen smart television, WiFi, Games, books and more. The outside amenities include a backyard fire pit and seating, dock space with a large sundeck with fire pit overlooking a gravel bottom walk-in swimming area (via steps) safe for the kids, dock with ladder for jumping into the water or fishing, kayaks for renter use only. This is a fisherman's paradise with access to the lake via a public launch for boaters and kayak enthusiasts, a cleaning station at the cottage and plenty of freezer space! Ice fishing is also popular in the winter when the lake is frozen. Dock bumper and tie-off is available for day use only at the cottage site, no overnight boat mooring is available. Owner will not accept responsibility for damage to any privately owned water craft while tied off at the cottage dock. Parking for a watercraft can be arranged prior to rental with the owner. The cottage is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes area between Keuka and Seneca Lakes within a short drive of Watkins Glen International Speedway, Watkins Glen State Park, Keuka College, Corning Glass, The Windmill, the Glenn Curtiss Museum, the Finger Lakes Boat Museum, the Finger Lakes Hiking trails, more wineries and breweries than you can visit in one week, and many towns listed as tourist must-sees including Hammondsport, Penn Yan, Corning, Watkins Glen, and Geneva.
Docks are out for the season mid October- mid May. Cottage is 4 season with winter enthusiasts welcome. Snowmobilists are welcome with access to trail nearby. Ice fishing available dependent on presence and safety of ice thickness. Bristol Mtn. and Hunt Hollow ski resorts are within 1 hour drive.

This is our favorite place to vacation as a family! The place is beautiful and set up for everything. There are kayaks and tubes along with other outdoor games for the kids. And if there happens to be a rainy day, there are tons of board games, puzzles, and dvds. The hosts are so nice it almost feels like talking to old friends. Honestly, they make it feel like a home away from home.

Our stay at Lake and Sky was relaxing and peaceful. Much of the time we spent on the dock or landing, soaking up the sun and views, visiting with family. Our granddaughter and her boyfriend enjoyed the kayaks and swimming tubes. They also caught several fish! The host sent a message saying we could check in whenever we were ready. The early check in was very convenient as we were in the area early that day, helping move our granddaughter into her dorm.

This home sits behind the main owner’s home. They were very nice, friendly, and accommodating.The rental was spacious, comfortable and came fully equipped! There is a nice sitting area under the carport which we used frequently. The main bed was super comfortable! There was plenty of dry firewood provided at the front deck fire pit.

Such a cute house tucked away so not directly on the main stretch so it was perfect with kids. Plenty of space in the carport area and yard which was also perfect with kiddos. The home was stocked with plenty of swimming & bathing towels, kayaks & life jackets for adventuring on a beautiful lake day AND a whole coffee station complete with kcups. Our hosts missed no details and our experience with them was so pleasant & friendly. Would absolutely love to rent this property again and make more memories on a lake that holds, for me, a whole childhood full of them!

The property was very well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed card games, and watched Netflix movies. It really felt like home. The location was very close to the finger lakes area with easy access to the Watkins Glen and Letchworth state parks. The host provided directions and landmarks, and left the lights on which made it easy to locate the place in the dark. The covered parking was very helpful as it rained through most of our stay.

We had a lovely time. The location to Watkins Glen and the wineries in the Finger Lakes region was awesome. This lake front property was very nice to stay at and convenient to places we wished to see

Girls weekend

This place was fabulous! So peaceful and friendly. Great location, not too far from all the local attractions. Owners are friendly and the cottage is inviting and comfortable. We loved it and will definitely come again!

Beautiful spot!

We enjoyed the property and especially sitting by the lake. Plenty of firewood provided for nightly fires. Had fun walking to the local pub for wings and drinks. Hosts were terrific!

Cozy cottage. The lofty 2 bedroom set up upstairs was a little tricky to make work so that everyone was able to stay cool and have privacy but it did not deter anyone from getting a good night sleep. We had fun exploring all the options of entertainment inside if we weren’t able to be outside. Loved the covered area to be able to relax, eat, and hang out outside. Loved the sitting area and seating options at the dock on the lake, including the fire pit! Very easy lake access. Very quiet and peaceful. We didn’t get clear check-out instructions other than the time, but that was a very minor detail . Overall it was one of the most relaxing and peaceful vacations we have had

Overall good stay

We enjoyed fishing off the dock and the use of the kayaks. Home was spacious and comfortable. Owners live on premises in the home immediately between this house and the water and share dock/sun deck area with guests.

Relaxing and fun

The hosts were attentive to any needs we had. We all had a wonderful time swimming, fishing, kayaking, and campfires. The dining table made a great game table. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Place on the Lake

This place was comfy, convenient to all wineries & towns & lake is quiet. There are 2 cozy fire pits at this place & cool outside sitting are. The hosts are great & are there to assist you in any way they can. I’d recommend staying if you need a cool place to stay at the Finger Lakes.

Great cottage to stay at on Lamoka Lake!

This was a large homey well-furnished house to stay at and enjoy Lamoka Lake and the surrounding area. The friendly owners live in the cottage on the property, but we rarely saw them. We had the dock and large patio at lakeside to ourselves and enjoyed fishing and visiting with our relatives. It was a nice and relaxing week, and we would stay here again.

Great week!

Very enjoyable stay in the Finger Lakes! Private dock was great with all amenities. Centrally located between Seneca and Keuka Lake. Hosts were friendly and communicative. House met all our needs. Fun and relaxing time, thank you!

Peaceful Place

This area is such a peaceful place. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The house is cozy and the scenery is amazing. It's definitely a special place to visit when you what to take a breath and smell the fresh air. Good for the body, mind and soul. (wineries and breweries weren't to bad either). Definitely a 5 star location.

Lakeside retreat

This was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed our week spent at lake and sky. Just steps from the lake we were able to enjoy fishing, kayaking, and swimming in this beautiful clear lake. The hosts were staying in the front cabin & helped to make us feel very welcome. The entire community around the lake was friendly and warm. With so many outdoor activities in the region, we could have stayed another week! Great value and a wonderful experience!
