Great location and enjoyed the onsite parking and the guards at the shack to verify that you belonged. A great coffee shop on the 2nd floor and the entire place was clean and all the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend and we will be back.

I love the layout of the condominium. The beach view and beach accommodations were excellent!! While sitting on the balcony early in the morning, I could see the dolphins swimming in the distance! My family and I had a wonderful time!! Already planning for our next visit.

Exactly as listed. Had everything we needed in kitchen. Location was great.

They pull a bait and switch with the parking fees. Once we booked we got a text from the HOA requiring 60.00 per parking space. The pre-booking information says two spaces provided.

The room was immaculate and setup properly to accomodate our needs. The staff and security were all friendly, helpful, and informative. The heated pool was a definite plus early in the season. The view from the room was SPECTACULAR for sunrise and sunset as well as just viewing the gulf.

Comfortable and great view

Great condo with lots of extra amenities on the property. Very clean, well equipped, and plenty of room for a family of 3 or 4. Wonderful view of the gulf and beach, and close to tons of area attractions. Definitely give this place a try.

Condo was dingy and furniture was stained. Wasn’t immaculate by any means but was doable. We weren’t impressed. This was our third condo in phoenix I-IV and was definitely the least impressive.

Great stay and great communication. We were able to add an extra day!We'd suggest a broom and dust pan, more than one hand towel for the kitchen, and some kind of Tupperware. But we're already planning our next stay at this Phoenix.

Good location

The amenities of the Phoenix 1-4 properties are varied though they could be updated. The condo itself was perfectly adequate for what our family needed.

View of the beach was amazing. Facilities very nice, Gym was great as were the pool and hot tubs. Finding the Condo day one, was tricky first digit building, second 2 are the floor and last the condo. You do need a car to get around to restaurants and sites. But, the beach is a short walk and you can walk in either direction for miles. You need to rent chairs or bring your own. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores is a wonderful area to visit. Lots of great restaurants/bars live music and lots to do. We even saw pods of dolphins feeding out in the gulf from out balcony

fairly lager area

Everything was perfect. Only hiccup was having to go to another building for a parking pass. Other than that, everything was great.

Nice property

Unit was fairly clean except the ceiling were very dirty, especially the master bathroom and around the air vent in the living room.

The property was and Is Desperately in Need of a Renovation on the inside. All of the furniture is outdated and some was damaged and need of repair . The cost of what we paid for this rental with the needed repairs and upgrades was way too much! PLEASE RENOVATE before Renting THIS UNIT to ANYONE

Summer getaway

Great location. Some of the furniture is dated. LR rug stained and needs replacing. Twin room light switch did not work so had to use pull switches on ceiling fan. One DR chair was broken. The owner was responsive to my comments and placed work orders so hopefully this is repaired. The bed is comfortable and kitchen had all needed items.
