Awesome views from the lanai and small ocean views from the master bedroom. 2 minute walk to the beach and water. Very short drive times to the downtown area. Shops. Food. Resturants. Great location. Host was great at communications.

Great location, right across from a beach that has great snorkeling, but very rocky. Comfortable beds and a nice size table and chairs that are outside on the deck with beautiful views of the water and crashing waves. Host is very responsive. very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

When I spoke with Michelle they were entering the bay at the wrong spot where it is rocky. Enter the water Behind the pavillion and there is sand there....suggest Not entering in the rocky area to the North of Kahalu'u. GO BEHIND THE PAVILLION. There are lifeguards there also to ask. Michelle was there during the hurricane, so the waves were probably crashing. Generally the bay is calm and perfect.

Great location! Condo had everything we needed to cook. The pool and spa were nice, along with the outdoor shower. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants and manta ray snorkeling! All of Gail’s recommendations were great and we visited some of her suggested spots. Only recommendation would be to have full sized body wash in the shower instead of the tiny bar of soaps. Thank you for a great stay!

Thank you Mary. We will definitely get that body wash in the shower. It is something we always have available. When we were last there, it did have some. I don't know why the maid did not replace it

Love the location across street from Kahaluu for snorkeling. The condo was clean with ceiling fans in every room and lanai plus AC. You can see the ocean from the lanai and the infinity edge pool. Responsive property manager/host. Condo has beach chairs, body boards, snorkels, cooler bags and sand toys. Be sure to ask the Kahaluu reef educators to spray anti- fog on your snorkel mask. Their spray work better than any commercial spray. Great fish out there in the clear waters (mornings are best for calm waters)

We had an amazing stay at this Kona home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from beach gear to kitchen essentials. The location was perfect: close to beaches, great restaurants, and shopping, yet still peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay again.

My two sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Gail’s lovely condo. It is so nicely decorated and comfortable. The proximity to Kahalu’u Beach Park is unbeatable. Situated steps from Ali’i Drive, access to a bus that runs downtown is super convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful kitchen too. We enjoyed the lanai (I got a kick out of hearing the lifeguard’s occasional announcements from Kahalu’u). I hope to return soon!

Great family place away from the busy resorts

Really enjoyed our short stay here. Close to magic sands beach which provided a full day of boogie boarding and sun for the kiddos. Boogie boards, chairs, umbrella and cooler in the complex were helpful! Didn’t get to try any snorkeling at the beach across as it was closed but still a great place!

Short & relaxing get-away

Very nice place with a wonderful view of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to many restaurants and local attractions. The property manager was very helpful. Mahalo!

Fantastic condo with awesome location

Had a great time staying here with my family. Walking distance to the beach and close to shopping center. Lovely clean and tidy condo in quiet complex with perfect pool.

Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, great location! Our trip was for 9 nights and loved it! Several of the days we just hung out on the lanai or by the pool when we weren’t across the street snorkeling or surfing.

Great Location and Accomadations!

Place was as described and very easy to get to. Centrally located to make day trips easy. Wonderful access to incredible and easy to access snorkling right across the street! Easy booking and checkout. Highly recommend!

Amazing Location

If you like to snorkel and surf, you can not beat this location. Gail’s place was so convenient and well stocked with everything you will need. The beautiful sunsets were an added bonus each evening. We would definitely stay here again.
