“Nestled in the heart of the high peaks region of the Catskill Mountains.”

Located on Phoenicia’s iconic Main Street where you can walk to grab a Neapolitan-style pizza, an ice cream cone, or a growler of local beer. Our property runs along the Stoney Clove Creek - perfect for cooling off on a hot day.

While unassuming from the outside, this is a cozy studio cottage with everything you would need to explore The Hudson Valley / Catskills.

Note that you are in a stand-alone cottage but are next to the main house.

Our stay with our two little pups was great; the house had everything we needed, and more. The host had a special basket of blankets and towels for our pups. We enjoyed sipping coffee by the creek and being able to walk on Main Street for ice cream and breakfast.

We were delighted to enjoy two days hiking in the Catskills and seeing a music show. Leah's cottage was terrific and the fact that it was pet friendly was a huge bonus. Thanks so much for an excellent stay and value.

Great place to stay in beautiful Phoenicia. Walking distance to the town. The host was communicative and very helpful. We loved it here and our puppy was happy too

The cottage was very cute. I thought I had reserved another cottage we stayed in last year only to realize about 20 minutes upon arriving that I mistakenly reserved a different cottage. We were pleasantly surprised and happy. The games and books and records were a bonus.

Our host was up front and accommodating; didn’t have to ask for a thing. The cabin is very well situated—literally across a bridge from town, but simultaneously quiet and relaxing. A little close to the main property, and pretty much located in a large driveway, but still private. Well-equipped cabin for a few days’ stay.

This was the perfect little cottage for me and my husband to stay for the weekend! We had a wedding at the camp near by so it was truly the perfect location for us. Being able to walk a few steps into the town of Phoenicia was also so wonderful! The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed.

Everything went really well - from check-in and communication with Leah to the home being clean, comfortable and convenient location to everything. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Stay!

This place was perfect. Super clean, cozy, and great location. Just wish the town had cell service, but that’s not Leah’s fault. I hope to return this summer.

Perfect

Booked for the Mountain Jam festival and it was a great location. Decorated and kept very nicely and the creek was lovely. Perfect for my 2 friends and I. 10/10 would stay again!

Perfect location

Great place to stay if you like hiking and don't need frills. Conveniently located between mountains and interesting towns if you are looking for restaurants, shopping, etc.
