We had a great experience and enjoyed the hot tub and close walk into town. Battinas was a good recommendation, too. Visit the Anglers Parlor at the library for some good exhibits and local history.

This place was just as described- clean, cozy, and convenient. Kerry was excellent at communicating and always helpful (for rental info, but also advice for where to go in the area).

It was a great relaxing weekend. The scenery was wonderful. The food was really good in the area. We had an awesome time. Definitely doing it again in the same place. What a get away.

This cottage was a great find! I enjoyed two days of relaxing by the fire pit after grilling dinner. Hot tub was great to relax in as well!

Nice, comfortable, clean, well-maintained place for a couple’s getaway or on your own. Up the street from restaurants, cafes and bars and literally around the corner from a moderate loop hike, so the convenience is great. The kitchen is really just for coffee and snacks with a small dorm fridge—time for a new one, the freezer melted the ice cream—but not a place to cook a meal just make toast and have a yogurt.

The Romantic cottage was comfortable and located in the center of town. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The cottage does need some repairs inside and out (which is the only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars).

The perfect, cozy spot!

Can't recommend enough. The property was easy to find and access, private, and had everything we needed. Restaurants, coffee, and a few shops all walkable. Ideal location for access to nearby hikes. Will definitely be back!

Great stay and location

What a great spot and a great location. Wonderful cottage that was well appointed, well kept and cute! Loved the big bed, comfy couches and chairs and of course the hot tub! Phoenicia is a great little town and everything is walkable from the spot. Wonderful and easy to communicate with host. Highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend stay!

We had a very relaxing and cozy stay! Loved being right in town and having use of the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Bed is large and super comfortable. Kitchen is small but well-equipped for basic cooking needs. It was nice having an enclosed space for our dog. Wifi worked well. Overall great experience, would stay again!

Everything was exactly as listed. The space was comfortable and private. Cell service is very limited but Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and we had ready access to a wonderful little town and the beauty of the Catskills.

Fan-Flippin-tastic!!!

We were so happy with the place! Nice private little cove. It’s got a nice walkway to the place and is fenced in for good doggies! The Kitchenette was perfect and they had a coffee/ tea station that was a game changer. For 2 adults, 2 dogs, and a baby it was plenty of room for a few days

Delightful Stay

Pro: spacious studio with high ceilings, private and quiet surroundings, well-stocked kitchen and bath, friendly host (Kerry), rustic theme suited me just fine. Con: can be difficult to find at night (no street lights), might be time to upgrade the electrical wiring that relies on several extension cords.
