Had a great stay - we will look to book this property again next time we are in the area. Cozy home, perfect for our girls get away. We loved the hot tub and the sunrise over the ocean!

One of my top favorite places I’ve stayed at in fernandina!! Such a NICE place to stay!! We loved everything about it! No complaints and we will be renting again!

Magnificent beach property on nice Amelia Island

I'm not sure what to say except that we rent VRBO's fairly often. This house is probably one of the better VRBOs that our family has stayed at. The location, beautiful inside, and pet friendly accommodations made our stay here very enjoyable.

Attention to detail

The house was wonderful. Well stocked with everything you would need and then some. There even were beverage glasses waiting in the freezer.

It was a beautiful property.

It was a beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed the spool and our dog appreciated the fenced in yard! Proximity to the beach and everywhere we wanted to visit was just right. The house was so clean and everything seemed well thought out. There was really nothing that we thought "oh I wish it had this" other than being beachfront, but that, after all was our choice. :)

Amazing week!

We had a great time staying at High Tide for the week! The property was very clean and comfy. The beach access is right across the street and it is not a hard walk to do even with the stuff 5 people require for the day. The spool was also a great amenity to have for the kids and adults. The property manager was easy and quick to communicate with the entire week. They left a great welcome package with a few snacks and all the initial essentials we would need. The only thing I would recommend is a few more wash clothes. There was only 5 and us as a family of 5 we had to wash them multiple times. But other than that I would recommend this property to anyone!

Location and fenced in back yard were perfect. Stayed here for our daughters wedding so it was pretty crazy but the house was very convenient and easy

Best time.

As a big family we really enjoyed all the space there was. Never felt like we were on top of each other. House is gorgeous. Super clean. Really close to the beach. Definitely recommend.

Property had ample parking, we had good access to beach. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans etc. Bed were comfortable and there was Plenty of room for everyone in party. Everything was user friendly on check in, we did not encounter any problems so no issues

Great house and great location

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed this house. The kids were able to have their own space and we were able to enjoy ours. The location is great. everything we needed was provided.

Excellent beach house

Fully updated, clean and convenient to the beach and nearby restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay and would do it again!
