Great, quiet location. Central to everything and close to the beach. The place is spacious with enough seating for everyone Enjoyed the bikes and the golf cart.

It was great place. Very comfortable and accommodated the 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. It was convenient and easy to find. We would definitely stay here again. The golf cart was a life saver.

Our stay was great. The house was close to the beach, grocery and lots of the attractions of 30A but was also in a small community that was quiet and private. Golf cart and bikes were a great touch!

Great House!

This house had everything you could possibly need for a beach trip. Everything in the house seemed new and very clean. There is a big bunk room and 2 bedrooms with king sized beds. All bedrooms had a bathroom attached or next to it. There was also a great screened in porch in the back. There was a golf cart and 6 bikes (I think), so it was easy to get around. Communication was great (we arrived right after the hurricane), and the house is at the end of a quiet street. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location with an easy, quick walk to the beach. It was clean upon arrival and very cozy. The included beach chairs and wagon made our beach days easy. We used the golf cart daily and it was very convenient and a huge hit! My only recommendations are a softer mattress for the master bedroom (very, very firm) and more cutlery in the kitchen (particularly spoons). Overall, I would definitely recommend this house!

This place was overall a great place to stay. Good location. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. House was stocked very well. Super cute! Bikes came in handy, but the chains kept coming off a some of them. Golf cart was nice to have. However it was raining on and off and there isn't a top windshield so got a little wet. We overall enjoyed the stay and would book again.

Nicely updated house in a good location. 10 minute walk to a regional beach access. The community pool is in need of some TLC but is very close and easy to access. Driveway is shaded and has space for 2 vehicles. Overall a very comfortable home with thoughtful amenities (they give you the right amount of soap, have basic kitchen equipment, etc for your stay). The included golf cart is a great perk. The bikes and beach gear need refreshing but they are included so I guess you get what you pay for! We have young kids that loved the bunk beds. Overall, great stay!

House is perfect! Just as shown in the pictures. Plenty of room. Great location! We rode bikes to Seaside square one direction and down to Rosemary beach the other. Having the golf cart was awesome! The beach was just across 30A.

Great stay

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect…tucked away and quiet but still walkable to the beach. The home was beautiful and clean. The property management team was responsive and easy to work with leading up to and during our stay.

Described to the “T”!!! This house was perfectly placed by the pool, beach, and Seaside!! Everything was accessible from a bike or short cart ride. We are definitely staying here again!! Absolutely perfect…cozy and quiet, with palms out from to give it a little tucked away feel.

Perfect little beach getaway

We booked Beachy Keen for our family of 4+2 friends during our fall break. It was clean, spacious, nearly renovated, and perfect for our group. A quick walk to the beach or convenience store. Plenty of space to spread out. The included golf cart and bikes were icing on the cake. We hope to come back again!
