Georgeous decorated beach house near Seaside on 30-A. Relax after your beach day in the private heated pool or in the oversized hammock in the shade of the trees. Private beach access to a non crowded area of beach. This is one of the favorites of our guests. You will understand when your here

Main living area with gas fireplace joins kitchen with Viking appliances.

3 full bedrooms, 1 king, 2 queens, 3 full baths.Office with 2 twin beds on sunporch on second floor. Balcony off front bedroom on second floor.

This is a 1800 square home that will easily give 3 or 4 children there own space.

The pool in the backyard is very private with gas gill and patio for grilling out.

Seaside is a little less than a mile away with entertaiment for adults and kids. Many locally owned shops and restaurants are
within walking distance .Bike rental's close by and some renters have not driven a car after arriving since there are bike paths all along 30A. Publix Grocery at Watercolor Crossing is about a mile away

This is a great family vacation home for a laid back 30-A South Walton vacation. It is almost never crowded where we are located, but if you want the crowds then just bike to Seaside. While there is a private beach directly across street, there is also a public beach close by with Walton County Lifeguards if that is important.

This is my wifes pride and joy so if you rent, please try your best to keep it nice.We will check you in and out and do our best to make sure you have a great time. I know you will love the location.

Fun and relaxing beach house

Oh my gosh let me say….this was the absolute best! The house was clean, well stocked, the owner and his assistant were amazing. We loved the pool. There were lots of jellyfish this week so we took full advantage of the pool. The bed was comfy. The shower was hot, We will book this house again!!

Perfect Location

We had an amazing time at this property!! Ted and his team were amazing and easy to work with. The house is in a perfect location for beach access! We will definitely return to this property!

Fun Vacation Rental!!!

Beautiful property! Space was great for our 3 teenagers. Bonus that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Great Location! Easy access to beach right across the street! (Montigo Ave and public Beach access ). Short bike ride to seaside! Pool was Awesome! Loved courtyard area in front yard! Would definitely book this property again!!

Great location!!

We loved our stay at Barbie’a Beach House. The location was close to everything. Easy walk to the beach and bike or golf cart trip into Seaside. Our kids loved having the heated pool to come back to in the afternoon. Ted was very responsive and easy to work with. Great find on 30A!!

Great beach house

I booked Barbie's Beach House, but I stayed in the house right next door (last minute change)- same owner. House was very comfortable and clean. Check-in was easy. The house is in a quiet location. We loved walking across the street to access the beach. Lots are places are an easy walk (organic cafe, several restaurants, bike rentals, etc). The grocery store is a short drive. We had a lovely, relaxing vacation.

Adorable House has it All!

Close to Seaside & Watercolor and directly across 30a from a private beach entry for Montigo Manor subdivision…. Well stocked kitchen and all the amenities for a wonderful family gathering. The house is charmingly decorated with upscale artsy beach decor & the pool is sparkling. All the beach toys you might need there too! Homeowner very responsive to anything needed. One of the best 30-a beach homes we’ve rented in past 10 years & we definitely plan on returning!

Wonderful week of rest and relaxation

The house was fantastic. Close to the beach. Loved the chairs and umbrellas provided. All the comforts of home right at your fingertips. Beds were comfortable. The kids loved having the upstairs to themselves. The pool was great to lounge by after a day at the beach. Very close to Seaside which we visited several times during our week. If we visit the area again, will definitely try to stay in this home again. Many thanks to the owners.

Beautiful Beach Cottage

Our family just returned from this wonderful oasis and it was everything the owners said it was. From the Key Lime pie in the frig to the great landscaping and private pool, this home had everything a family would want. Seaside is right up the road and the beach is an easy walk across the street. Although they do have a private beach entrance there's also a ramp entrance nearby which is convenient for pushing your beach cart. The beach decor is beautiful and the sectional is very comfy. I would definitely recommend this for any family wanting a nice and relaxing vacation in beautiful Seaside. We can't wait to return next year!!

Eclectic Cottage

What we loved—the location, the area, the beautiful beach, short walk to beach, beach chairs provided, manager was quick to respond, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. What needs improvement — it could use an over all good deep cleaning although it is NOT filthy, outside of home needs some repair and back porch steps very wobbly if you have little ones or elderly, showers need updated/repaired, outside chairs and pool chairs are not the same as pictured. Overall, we enjoyed the home. It just needs a little TLC—especially outside.

Perfect for a family Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was perfect size for our family to spread out and our young kids to have space to sleep away from each other. The home is perfectly fine for a beach vacay, any nicer and I would have constantly been worried my littles were messing something up! We had just what we needed and were close to plenty to do! The pool is very close to the back bedroom door entrance so we did have to rethink our kids sleeping arrangements to account for not wanting any kids staying in that back bedroom as it is very accessible to the pool. My number one recommendation to the owners would be to install a child safety chime/alarm or door lock that is up higher to help those with toddlers feel more comfortable as the pool is so accessible from the back entrance. We managed with some Amazon bought travel door alarms! Owners were very communicable and quick. Easy checkin and checkout, very appreciated as packing up is always stressful. Overall such a wonderful vacation and we’re so grateful to have found this gem of a house!

A Wonderful Week At Barbie's Beach House

We just spent a wonderful week at a Seagrove jewel, Barbie's Beach House. This house is not only cute it is very comfortable, very nicely decorated and very well equipped. There was nothing we needed that wasn't there. The Key Lime pie that was in the fridge for us when we arrived was delicious. The house is located very close to the public beach parking and handicapped access ramp. This came in very handy due to recent foot surgery. We really enjoyed the pool in the back yard. Was very nice for cooling down after sunning on the beach. The landscaping around the pool is beautiful. Barbie's House is centrally located making getting to the wonderful local restaurants very easy. We strongly recommend Café 30A, V, George's, Caliza, 723 Whiskey Bravo, Cowgirl Kitchen and Great Southern Café. No time for dieting!!! We hope to return to Barbie's Beach House some day and would certainly recommend to anyone.

Perfect spot!

We would give Barbie’s Beach House 50 stars if we could- it was so wonderful! We had never been to this part of Florida before and we were expecting a touristy area with strip malls, but it was so beautiful and peaceful instead. The house is very lovely. The beds were super comfy, it was a quiet neighborhood, and we just loved the pool and sitting out on the front Adirondack chairs having our morning coffee and listening to the zizzing bugs and the surf in the background. The walk to the beach was a dream- so close and easy. The beach itself was unreal. I couldn’t stop staring at the emerald green water and white sand. We saw dolphins jumping out of the ocean while we were bobbing the waves, and a huge Ray swam by us one time! The water was 86 degrees! Having beach gear available to us was a huge advantage, since we flew in from Connecticut, and we did love getting limes off the lime tree for apres beach mojitos! We enjoyed a few of the local restaurants that the owner suggested (thank you!) and also got delivery. The fish market Goat Feathers sold delicious Gulf snapper, grouper and shrimp that we grilled up at the house too. The Donut Hut was a favorite for the kids. We went on a snorkel and dolphin boat tour out of PCB and that was fun. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you again!

Great Spring Break location!

Perfect location. Not even 5min walk to the private beach. Parked our car and used a golf cart all week! So fun for the whole family. Exceptionally clean as well.

Perfect Place in Paradise

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Barbie’s Beach House was the perfect size, location and house for our family vacation. The artwork throughout the home was very interesting and just right for that beachy feel. Public beach access is literally across the street. The house also had a wagon and beach chairs we were able to use for the beach daily. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil you would need for a quick meal. We loved having our own private pool to cool off in after a full day in the sun and sand. We used the grill one evening and it was just right for us. We rented a golf cart for the week and used it often to ride to Seaside and the nearby Publix. Ted was quick to respond if I needed to reach out with any questions. My family and I absolutely fell in love with this house and this area of 30A. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation home for a family

We loved our stay at Barbie’s Dreamhouse! The home was spacious and well equipped for our stay, we really appreciated the beach gear and wagon. The heated pool was so nice on the cooler days. There was an issue with the pool heater and Ted had someone come out to fix it within hours. One thing to note, the beach access is kind of steep, if anyone has limited mobility that might not be ideal. We would love to stay here again!

Great Family Beach House

We had such a great time and the house was perfect for our family of 6 plus a one year old. We really liked each bedroom had a bathroom. The pool was so great to relax in after a day at the beach. The kitchen had everything you would need plus there is a high chair and pack n play to use too. The host was quick to respond with any questions and the check in process was easy. We rented a golf cart for the week and was worth it. We used it most of the time instead of cars to get around. There are so many restaurants and shops within a few miles either way. This a a great spot with a private beach access across the road where it is not crowded like the public areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place close to the beach!

This was PERFECT for our first trip to 30A. A little over a mile to downtown Seaside and a 2 min walk to the beach. The pool in the back was perfect for us. Ted was a great host and always available to answer any of my questions.
