This is a 1800 square home that will easily give 3 or 4 children there own space.

The pool in the backyard is very private with gas gill and patio for grilling out.

Seaside is a little less than a mile away with entertaiment for adults and kids. Many locally owned shops and restaurants are
within walking distance .Bike rental's close by and some renters have not driven a car after arriving since there are bike paths all along 30A. Publix Grocery at Watercolor Crossing is about a mile away

This is a great family vacation home for a laid back 30-A South Walton vacation. It is almost never crowded where we are located, but if you want the crowds then just bike to Seaside. While there is a private beach directly across street, there is also a public beach close by with Walton County Lifeguards if that is important.

This is my wifes pride and joy so if you rent, please try your best to keep it nice.We will check you in and out and do our best to make sure you have a great time. I know you will love the location. Saturday to Saturday rental.
