This was our second year staying at this condo and it’s great. Perfect location, very clean, had everything we needed. Comfy bed and balcony furniture. Dan and Kathy are easy to work with, very nice people!

This condo is great. Right on the beach, private parking and all the amenities you need. Be aware you are right on the BLVD so there is a lot of fun people watching all day. Condo is clean well maintained and quiet. Have rented three years in a row. Won't stay anywhere else.

Wonderful Stay

This property is a perfect get away. Location is so easy to walk to your favorite shops and restaurants on the strip. Owners are so easy to work with and the condo is spotless and so comfortable !

Excellent, safe, centrally-located to the beach and restaurants. Clean, comfortable home with extra amenities like tea & coffee; which were perfect to enjoy on the deck.

Great condo!

The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated and the location and view are both amazing. All of the furniture was very comfy including the bed and on the balcony. Dan and Kathie are great to work with, super responsive and so nice. Plenty of towels, dishes, pots, pans, etc. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this condo again!

Relaxing stay after baby shower

Booked the week for after sons baby shower. It was the most comfortable place to stay. I have been in other units in this building but this was the best. Comfortable furnishings, plenty of towels including beach towels. Owner had a booklet with any and all information needed about condo and area. Would without a doubt stay here again.

I hate to leave a review cause I don’t want to share this condo with anyone. However, I have say this condo is fantastic! Super clean, Decor is very nice. The location for us is perfect! The owners are extremely accommodating. It was perfect! This was our 2nd time renting from them and it won’t be our last!

Cant say enough great things about my stay

The place is GORGEOUS! The pics don't do it justice. Dan was such a thoughtful host, thought of everything. The place was beautiful and clean, and had everything. We didn't need anything other than our clothes and personal items. Honestly, I have been raving over it and genuinely can't say enough positive things about it. Thank u so much Dan! 💓

Grandson Visit

We flew up for wedding and family visit. Cannot say enough about this condo. Pride of ownership for sure. Condo clean and fully stocked with basics if you want to cook or just have coffee or tea. Condo is very homey and comfortable.mi am buying that mattress when I get home. Thank you Dan and Kathie

OMG & wowza !

Perfect place, perfect weather; I can’t think of one thing that wasn’t above & beyond my expectations. I wanted to skip a review because I want this place all to myself, but that wouldn’t be fair to Dan & Kathie. Lots of things to do, even people watching from the balcony; had some great meals - easy to cook in the kitchen, or head out for just boardwalk food or for a fancier dinner. Pretty easy to not even move the car for the entire stay ! Hope to do a repeat next year - maybe even sooner.
