Enjoyed our stay and the host was great and super responsive. Great location for access to downtown Skaneateles and surrounding lakes, wineries and parks.

The cottage was lovely; situated on a working farm. The view of the lake from the front porch was great. Everything was neat and clean, kitchen stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware needed to prepare and share a delicious meal. Our host contacted us with all information we needed.

We have stayed here a number of times and absolutely love it. Can’t wait to go back and stay again.

Cute property in a picturesque setting. We didn't cook much so I can't speak to that. If you are a tall family, fair warning... Lots of opportunities to bang your head on the eaves. Easy rules. Comfy beds and pillows. Best toaster I have ever used! Note to owner: the hot water is borderline dangerously hot. Could use more hooks as many closets are inaccessible . Thank you!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the cottage for a long weekend trip. The location on the farm was peaceful and remote but also close enough to the town! Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

We had an amazing stay at the Hobbit Hollow Farm House! The property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and set in a picturesque location overlooking vineyards and the lake — truly stunning. The owners were on point and made everything smooth and easy from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again

What a charming cottage to share with the family for our son’s Syracuse Graduation this past weekend! Equipped with everything we needed! When I inquired about champagne flutes Daniel went out of his way to make sure we had them to toast for this milestone celebration! My only regret is we didn’t have more time to enjoy the property as a whole! I hope to be back someday!!

Lovely cottage

Excellent accommodations

We rented the North Cottage and the main house at Hobbit Hollow for our family during wedding weekend. Wonderful accommodations; clean, well-decorated and the views/space around it are lovely!

Perfect & peaceful place in Skaneateles

Variety of guests all loved the property. Close to village and scheduled event they were attending. Beautiful view of lake!

Hobbit Hollow Farm

Wonderful house and location for our visit to the area. Very clean and well stocked. Great communication with the property manager. We would definitely stay here again.

So Perfect!

Beautiful setting, extremely comfortable beds, every detail thought of and we loved the decor. The central a/c was a bonus! Also appreciated the standing fans in each bedroom, as our family relies on white noise for sleeping. Will definitely book this rental again!

Fall Break

We picked our daughter up from Syracuse and stayed at the cottage with family. Loved the location, property and coziness of the home. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook or short drive into town for great shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!

Family Fun

large family gathering over the 4th of July holiday. The North cottage was perfect spot for my daughter's family to relax and care for a newborn and 4-year-old...easy walk to the big house for fun and games. Very comfortable and well equipped

Beautiful cottage

The house was clean and stocked with all the essentials. I loved that they had a handful of kids books and pencil stroller available. The property and surrounding farm are beautiful and the location was nice and only a 5 min drive into the DT area. The property manager on site was also very welcoming and personable.

Peaceful paradise

We have stayed at the North Cottage several times and each time gets better. It truly feels like home! Best view, always clean, endless charm throughout the home and a very responsive host! I can’t wait to stay there again when I am back in Skaneateles visiting my family. Highly recommend this rental!
