The location was perfect for the family wedding we were attending. The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Overall experience was terrific. Checking in was very easy(as I was able to check in a bit early), the home was very clean, beds were comfortable and it fill our everything we needed for the 3 nights we stayed. We were less than 10 minutes from every venue, which was incredibly convenient. I would definitely check on availability in the future.

Property was as described. The beds seemed new and very comfortable. The town was only about a mile and a half away, so everything was close. Perfect location for strolling through town.

House was clean. Our only comment is that for 5or6 getting ready for a party not having mirrors in all the bedrooms can b a bit trickyAlso though it didn’t affect our short stay, there is only one tv in living room. None in the bedrooms

Perfect location

Our family of five stayed here during Syracuse family weekend and it was ideal. Spacious house. Beautiful location. We will definitely return.

Close to town and some trails

Place was comfortable and quiet and within a 5 minute drive of downtown Skaneateles and also 2 hiking trails. Was a good fit for our crew.

Great location in Skaneateles

Cute house 5 minutes from downtown Skaneateles! Big bedrooms and nice mattresses. Kids loved the bunk beds.

Great weekend!

We ended up with only 4 adults and the house was perfect for us. Two suggestions, that are small. The steps were a bit icy when we arrived and the light above the entry does not come on. The location was perfect for us since we were attending The Dickens Holiday Classic at the ice arena. We will be keeping your house in mind for next years tournament. Thank you for sharing your home.

We were in town for a wedding. It was only 4 minutes from the wedding venue!! Nice little place. Quiet area. Open concept living area. Updated kitchen. The electrical outlets were generous. Easy to get in and out. Bedrooms are good sized. The 2 bigger bedrooms could have bigger beds in them since they are generously sized. Main bathroom is small which is connected to the Main bedroom. You will have trouble getting in shower if you are tall and a bigger person. The second bathroom shower is a great size and nicely updated. The second bigger bedroom could have a desk in it to place things on. Only one bedroom has a mirror placed on the back of the door which needs to be placed higher on the door, so needs full length mirrors put in other bedrooms. There was a mirror down in the living space off the stairs which was really handy for getting ready for the wedding. It could use some shades or blackout curtains in the bedrooms. I brought my own pillow. 2 of the pillows on the second bigger bedroom were too big for me. I needed a pair of scissors and didn't find them until the last day which were in a piece of furniture in a basket under the mirror in living space. I would suggest putting them in the kitchen. Some of these things are just personal preference. I wouldn't hesitate to use this home again.

Great location! Family Friendly

Everything was as described. This is a clean and comfortable home to spend time with friends or family. There is an open concept living/dining/kitchen area that’s great for socializing. It’s about a 1.2 mile walk to town and less to the community center. Be sure to tell anyone visiting that they have to park all the way to the right in the driveway because if they don’t, they will block in the downstairs tenant and inconvenience her. One of our guests made that mistake and we felt badly about it. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed

Very clean with the exception of the leather couch in the living room. It emitted a very bad odor and would recommend either having it cleaned or replaced. Other than that, the place was great. They even supplied a brand new blender after inquiring if they had one. Thought that was great!

Fun time

A group of friends from Skaneateles high school were able to share this four bedroom home for the weekend of our 65th reunion. The living area made it easy to converse and entertain a few more classmates. The host Luke was the BEST!!!! He quickly answered our questions and listened to a few suggestions. The only down side was not being able to watch live sports events as the home didn't have cable TV and we didn't know how to use the screening TV.

Skaneateles stay

It looks like the advertised pictures, but we had several issues. It was a 90 degree day when we arrived and the air conditioning wasn’t working. It took a while, but the owner did come and fix. He said he messed up the date and didn’t think we were coming for two more days, so it wasn’t turned on for us to control. The place could have been cleaner, and we had problems with mice in the kitchen and ants and other bugs throughout. Kitchen supplies and towels were very minimal too.

Great location but needs some love

First this is a home with an apartment below in basement not a town home as listed. We pulled up and was scared to death by a older woman peeping out the window of the downstairs apt. She didn't bother us at all after I called and found out the situation. There is tons of spiders and stink bugs in the home in all closets that needs to be dealt with as I woke up with a stink bug in my bed the last day. Also stove and fridge were disgusting and needs cleaned. Other than the bugs and the cleanliness we had a very good time that is why I'm giving this review three stars.

Very clean. Great accommodations for the price in the area. There was a door handle missing on one of the bedroom doors that made it unable to be opened from the inside. That was a problem at night when the guest using that room couldn’t get out without waking g up another person.
