Cozy Cottage w/ Coastal Vibe by Lake & Sam’s Pizza

Enjoy the comfort of this cottage with its relaxing coastal theme. There is a fully stocked kitchen and all the comforts of home including a smart TV, wifi, washer/dryer, etc. A great feature is the large community backyard complete with 2 pergolas, games and a fire pit. A bbq grill is out back along with some chairs for relaxing.

A special perk is the location of Sam’s Pizza Pub across the street. We suggest you check out their great food and live music. Be sure to get seated outside and enjoy the lake view as you watch the sunset.

We have four properties at this location that can be reserved individually or you can book all four of them for a larger group that would accommodate 14 guests. This makes an ideal setting for a group that would enjoy having their own space and still be on the same site with your family or friends. (Please message us if you are interested, and we will provide you with information about the other properties.)

Located just minutes from Central Avenue where all the action is in Hot Springs. Whether you are coming for the lakes, shopping, playing the slots, or experiencing historic downtown, this one bedroom home is a great location with just enough distance from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the natural setting Hot Springs has to offer.

Great Vacation Get-Away

This "cottage" was clean, newly updated, organized and had all the necessities. The outdoor grill, picnic area, and outdoor games were a great touch as well! It was a joy to stay here.

Anniversary Weekend

The house was just right for my husband and I. We had a very nice weekend; the weather was wonderful. We did not have a lot of plans, so it was very restful, and we were able to come and go as we pleased. The house is just as describe and Brenda was very nice and easy to communicate with. We will be back.

We arrived late, and it was easy to get into the property! The area around was amazing, and we enjoyed the yard games that were provided as well as the view. The property had all of the amenities a family of four could need.

Weekend Trip

CUTE, QUAINT, CLEAN - nice visit. Easy check in, not a complicated process at all. This was in a decent and nice area even with being right at the roadway. Not too much road/neighbor noise. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but we did have some minor issues.* I would suggest some type of window coverings (instead of just blinds) as the night time area lights are bright, and once the sun comes up there's no blocking it out. Obviously, bright outdoor lights are a good thing if you're outside. * A few extra blankets would be a nice touch. * Personally I found the bed to be uncomfortable, but I'm sure this would vary from person to person.

We came from Memphis & Shreveport. Meet in middle .. kinda going blind.. looking for a home here on the lake.. husband was unable to locate so just went to a hotel , before I arrived. But only one parking spot , put that in for future clients.. felt unsafe walking & parking elsewhere

Fun stay, very clean, comfy bed

We had a great weekend stay. Communication with owner was superb. Cabin was very clean. The fire pit was propane and there are multiple gas grills to use which we enjoyed making burgers, corn, and roasting marshmallows. The bed was comfortable, and I’m pretty picky on my mattresses. I’m also picky about darkness of my room and cool AC. It might not matter to others but if you like your room dark, bring something to cover the windows. I brought some dark bedsheets and hung them over the windows. I don’t think there are any air vents and no ceiling fan, so make sure to bring a fan. Overall we loved it. We also ate across the street at Sam’s. The food was so-so but the atmosphere was a lot of fun.

Perfect Hiking Weekend

This was a great location for our hiking trip to Hot Springs. The rental was clean and comfortable and in just the right spot. We were close to all the places we wanted to see. The outdoor space was perfect for sunrise coffee. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

We first visited Hot Springs in 1988. We loved all the things to do here, from the healing waters of the Hot Springs to Lake Ouachita and Lake Hamilton and everything in between. We almost moved here back then but the plans did not work out at that time. And now, years later, after the death of my husband, my son and I have invested in this beautiful area and we are so happy to share our places with you!

We love this property because it is so unique! You can have a large group traveling together and enjoy being on the same property and also have the option to retreat to the privacy of your own unit. Rent 1, 2, 3 or all 4 units. The outdoor space with the cozy pergolas make this the ideal setting to relax after a long day on the lake.
