The cutest home base for your hills vacation. Our newly constructed home was built with travel in mind. Upstairs there are two king masters with en-suite bathrooms, a bunk room with 4 XL twin beds, another full bath, laundry and a flex room to chill and play foosball or board games. On the main is the full kitchen, dining and living room with an indoor/outdoor fireplace and a half bath. In the backyard is a 4 person hot tub. Walking distance to downtown Hill City and the Mickelson Trail, located on Main Street with a garage.

We enjoyed our stay in Hill City and the hosts Lacey and Adam are the best! House is exactly as described and is a great location for exploring all the area attractions.

With 7 total guests we appreciated the 3.5 bathrooms. The home never felt crowded. Having the garage space was nice and convenient for moving in and out plus kept vehicle out of the hot sun or rain. The garage is deep enough to be able to open the SUV lift gate too. The front bedroom was somewhat warmer than the rear bedroom. We did find ourselves getting our pants caught on the upstairs bathroom vanity door handles quite often. Overall a great experience, very clean and functional with everything you need for a nice stay!

The hosts were so friendly, flexible, and provided all of the information that we needed. The house was perfect and much better than staying in a hotel! We will definitely be staying there again!

Exactly as listed. Convenient location for trips to Mount Rushmore, Reptile Gardens, and even a day trip to Watiki Water Park. Kids loved the foosball table and hot tub.

The home is beautiful and served as a wonderful home away from home for us! The location right on Main St was great as we could walk to restaurants and shops.

Excellent House & Perfect Location

Great place to stay for a family with young kids. Perfect location to take the 1880 Train. House was very clean and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!

The house was wonderful and exactly as as shown in the pictures. Lacey was great to and very helpful with any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again if we ever got back out to this area.

Four nights / Bike trip with friends

GREAT location by the M bike trail and walking distance to everything. The two master bedrooms were excellent with super comfortable beds.

Great house at great location

Such a lovely house!!! House was very clean and felt like home. Great location! Walkable to downtown Hill City and short drives to Custer, Keystone, Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse!! Highly recommend this house for anyone staying in the area!

Highly recommend

This is a great property- we’ve stayed a couple of times and never disappointed. The layout is perfect for couples with two master suites. Hot tub in the backyard is a nicely added bonus!

Family holiday trip

Wonderful layout, with having 2 masters and a kids bedroom. We all loved having our own bathroom upstairs, and a powder room downstairs. The location was perfect for walking to everything. We will rent again.

This was the perfect place for our group of 6 visiting for the Sturgis rally! First off, the house is beautiful and well appointed! Lots of touches that made this the perfect place to stay. The garage provided a place to park 4 motorcycles and gear and it was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The hosts were very helpful with a spot to park our trailer and made communications easy. I would not hesitate to book this house again!

Great location, great space!

Perfect location to downtown. Coffee shop two doors down! This was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bed. Lots of foosball was played and the hot tub was perfect for cooler nights. Definitely recommend this house!!
