Nestled under majestic centuries old Live Oak trees, this newly constructed 2 Bed 1.5 Bath home sits on a large lot with plenty of outdoor space while only 500 feet from a beach access. New for 2022, in-ground fiberglass private pool with plenty of deck area to sunbathe. Just large enough for a couple or small family, The Beach Barn has a full kitchen, eat-in bar seating, stacking washer dryer, and was designed with inspirations from trendy "Barndominiums" and historic Carriage Houses of the South. Located just off Fort Fisher Blvd, you can be close to the beach, Fort Fisher recreation area, Kure Beach Pier, and all that Pleasure Island offers, while enjoying a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

We love staying at the Beach Barn! This is the perfect place for our little family - our three year old loves the pool and playing in the back yard. We will be back.

We loved staying at the Beach Barn! The house had everything we needed and the owners were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The pool was a game changer, so nice to cool off there after the beach. We also loved the quieter neighborhood and 2 minute walk to the ocean.

Lovely, nicely appointed home with everything necessary for a relaxing beach vacation. Close beach accesss, and the private pool topped all. Host very thoughtful with communication, and very responsive to requests/concerns! Definitely will return.

The Beach Barn is wonderful! We were there for a week and had a great time. The property is amazing, it was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We loved the backyard and pool. Communication from Brock, the owner, was excellent. The location is very good. It’s a short walk to the beach and only a couple of miles to the Carolina Beach boardwalk and Fort Fisher ferry. Kure fishing pier is close, we actually walked down to it one morning. Keeping this one as a favorite for future trips.

Beautiful property!

Beautiful property, easily walk to beach and a short drive to restaurants. The pool was a great size with plenty of seating!

Perfect beach getaway.

This house was super cute and comfortable. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!! The location of the house was just a short walk to the beach and the back yard is amazing and so relaxing, great for families.

Awesome beach stay

Place is perfect for a small family. Short walk to beach, come back and swim in the pool. Very quiet street. Overall a great place.
